there is a book abouth finger stretching at berklee, you can download it, painfull but it wil give you the "souplesse" in your fingerstyle. secondly you need to play more paganini stuff

and classical violin pieces on your guitar as a last tipp try to move your thumb half way

your guitar "neck" it will give more spread with the fingers you are using.

it is very very good and try to find your own style

and own shreds it will be more fun and it is from your own artistic feeling
