  • Anyone who has knee problems I highly advice not to do this. I actually want to warn you, going that low to the ground with your knees outward put a ridiculous amount of pressure on your knees

  • Great vid man thanks. I get a bit of pain in my knees doing squats. Can you tell me if it is better to do this exercise before or after working out?

  • isn't it dangeous if the knee get in this angle? shouldn't they be 90 degree?

  • looks like his knees are going too far forward, perhaps he should not go beyond a comfort zone for the sake of a video

  • actually he looks consitpated the hole time

  • he looks constipated at the beginning

  • I am 17 years old and I like doing sports like running and working out at gym. For unknown reason I have knee problems. They ache when I crouch and rise back up, also when they are under pressure. While running my legs are not hurting, they dont hurt when just sitting. Are these exercises demonstrated here good for my knees so I can get rid off that pain? Thanks :D

    Also very helpful video!

  • @MarkusAir2000 Hey man I'm a college kid and I think I know how your feeling. I got some bad tendonitis and I found that leg machines at the gym worked really well for me. I would do calf raises and make my rounds on all the leg equ. and I really feel the improvement. No promises but it might be worth a try.

  • @150000421 Now that I can get with. I injured my knee sometime ago and I just re-injured it, but found out that going to the gym doing the leg press and all works wonders for my knee. Thing is when I stop going for awhile I definitely felt the difference. the pain shot right back in my knee.

  • I dislocated my knee a couple years ago, now it clicks whenever I try to fully straighten my leg. I can just tell trying to do squats would cause a cartilage tear so this isn't even an option... I'm only 20 this is bs.

  • @AmericanPowerBase Clicking doesn't mean cartlide damage, I disslocated mine years ago, I'm having physio at the moment, the clicking is more to do with the ailignment of your knee caps, which could stem from flat feet (like me). Go to your Dr's and ask them to look at your feet and then get some orthotic inserts.

Don't worry too much about the clicking if it doesn't hurt. Your knee is a dloating Joint so will have a huge amount of nerv receptors in it, listen to your nerves not your clicks!

  • my knee hurts really bad under the knee cap and above my shin, are there any streches or something i can do to help me

  • i dislocated my knee cap years ago and everytime i do this my left knee keeps clicking

  • they do this in the military

  • I did this but then a gorilla came out of nowhere and knocked my head off. Thank god for the T virus so I can communicate with you guys still.

  • thanks this feels good :-)

  • when I jog my knees feel a bit uncomfortable sometimes after and during running - no pain, just uncomfortable. I figure strengthening the knee muscles will help this?
