So true on what Tuan preaching. Everyone is different and after you train for several years. You pretty much learn how your own body works. No matter how experience you are. There is alway room for advice and education. Great video!!!!
Mr. Tran, Thank you for the most intelligent commentary on how to achieve both weight loss and muscle gain. You have a great and humble attitude. Although I am an older man, I was inspired to really try out some of your ideas. I like the idea of logging. You are a real inspiration and an intelligent kind young man.
tuan, you are very well spoken.. your a big inspiration to me with your will power and power.. thanks for the very detailed information this helps alot.. one question do u take any suppliments? glutamine copmplex?
Nice Video but i have one quick question. What exactly is resistance training? I have to give you two thumbs up though for staying away from Pho and canh chua and things of that sort. Keep it up!
just google search resistance training what it will give you the different types. but alot of my vids are examples. check them out, it will give you an idea
Haha, isn't this great, I get tips from some guy living thousands of miles away in Texas! I'm a complete noob to weight lifting, I currently do 14kg on my bicep curls, but I'm in it for the long haul. I don't keep track of what I do or anything, but that will now change. Thanks for being prepared to share your experience nad taking the time and effort to make these videos, Tuan! Best wishes from London.
No prob. Glad this can help. Just keep educating yourself, then apply and record. Like historians' say, how can we build for our future if we don't learn from our past?
Like I said, your willingness to share your knowledge of the process, as opposed to just showing off the results, places you head & shoulders above many of your colleagues.
Tuan, thanks for being so thorough in your vids and answering everyone's questions. You give great advice and are really motivating. I'm looking forward to what you post in the future, in the meantime I'll be in the gym and in the kitchen :)
Question, where can i download a pdf file of a work sheet. do you mind if you can send me a link in mail? please thanks in advance

Thanks Tuan for sharing your log. You speak very clearly on
these videos and I enjoy watching them immensely but I don't
hear who you are quoting when you make the point about
applied knowledge. Who is it you are quoting? thanks.
