@fancyladydiane1 Bless your sweet heart for this wonderful message, Diane! Thank you so much! I'm so happy my videos give you hope. Have you watched any of Robert Morse ND's videos here on youtube? He's amazing and offers a lot of insight about raw food and healing every illness out there. Much love and big hugs to you!!! XO
@rawsynergytv Yes ive started watching his videos &im starting to understand alot more,i just fiund out i hav a vitiman d deficeny & they want me to take fifty thousand units of it a week...it seems like alot to me,but i got the perscripition filled & will start tomarrow, maybe it will help, but yea i spent alot of time listening to his videos today, ive done really good today eating raw ,i hadtwo green smoothies & banana one & two big salads, but i still get the nausa ,went for walk felt better xo

Focus on a very positive image in mind, ie. the best thing that could happen. Thoughts become reality (The Law Of Attraction).
I found this comment re. stress somewhere: Just know when one door closes another one opens, sometimes more than what u know what to do!!!!!Change is Good!!!! Great things come out of challenges.
This lady claims to be a raw vegan for years, yet she has a powered on microwave oven in the background? The clock is even correctly set. For someone that only eats unheated vegetables all the time, it's rather odd to have a microwave and conventional oven in good condition in her kitchen. Also, if she is so super healthy, why would some colapse under stress, I though she was super vegie girls or something.
@stevenabb Well Steven, I don't know where you live, but where I live every home comes with a stove and microwave. Until I have the ability to build my own home, I'm pretty much stuck with them because they're not mine to dispose of. The reason it's in such good condition is cause I never use it. The reason the time is set, is so I know what time it is!
@rawsynergytv WOW~Like REALLY~! Look you dont need to explain anything to anyone.Like real talk! But I understand y,cuz someone else might say that same stupid thing!None-the-less I think one of my biggest thing to make sure I dont have stress is surronding my self by positive things and people..and consistantly make sure my self-talk remains positive and uplifting. I really need to get into Yoga as well. Thanks
Your idea of a 'gratitude list' is a great one, and very powerful. Every morning a few minutes thinking about the blessings, simple and great, that are in my life changes my whole mood in an uplifing way for the whole day. Thanks for your genuine presentation and your obvious care for others.
@forester218 Yes, it's been very powerful for me as well. It really does have a profound effect on your entire day. Thank you so much for watching and sharing your experiences. :o)
I can't believe, Alicia, that you are having any stress in your life. You look so calm and balanced. I was having lots of stress during last week which I didn't experience for a long time in my life.
Thank you, Natalya. I just have too much on my plate right now but it's all good. I haven't felt stressed like this either, in a long time. Don't know what life would be like right now if I wasn't living this lifestyle. I'm still very happy and have lots of energy! Hope you're doing better this week.
this was very helpful , everytime i get really stressed i noticed it comes out in a physical way..sometimes its really chapped lips, sounds weird but true or sometimes i get bladder infections ...or itchy skin like you said.i am going to do more yoga
Yes, it's amazing the unlimited number of ways stress rears its ugly head. It's great that you're aware of how it affects you. Most people just think their symptoms just happen because, they don't put two and two together. More yoga is a really good idea. :o)
I can truly recommend Why Zebras Don't Get Ulcers by Robert M. Sapolsky if you want to learn more about the underlying mechanisms of stress and what it does to your body.
The book is a bit technical, but the author has really done exceptional work in making it accessible to anyone (it's not a self help book, so don't expect a lot of tips on how to deal with stress, it just talks about consequences).
I enjoy your videos :) love this one.
