Yes! We decided the other day, when we were filming this, to make it into a diary and make a few more. I'm making next week's and it's going to be tough to follow this but I promise entertainment and some sick parkour.

Yes, I can't train at the moment due to "Osgood Schlatters Disease" and I can't do much apart from upper body & flexibility training. We did own a gym in Kirkcaldy (south Fife) where we'd take classes twice a week and we were also sponsored by rockstar energy drinks, but it was too expensive to keep up, so we now teach at a gym that we do not own.

So people like oxtricks, George Mayfield, Flippad and Zyrken etc. are coming down for this, if you'd like to come I can give you more info?
