@Gman6755 That plane is not spraying anything! That is a contrail, persistent contrails have been around since before WW2 and there are more of them today because there are more jet that are bigger and flying higher. At any given minute there is over 5,000 jets in the sky over the USA. When the humidity is high enough the contrails turn into clouds.
