Seeding an Avocado

I only use a spoon if I want to plant the seed, otherwise I use the knife (though I admit, getting a grip on the seed by hopping into it might not be the best thing ever for the knife...

it seems really easy seeding an avocado before i watched this but the lady makes it seem so hard

..... is there someone out there who was seeding an avacodo a different way? lol I guess I just assumed this would be something that everyone knew the first time they cut into one.

huh??? duh, how else do you cut it and get out the pit than in this way?

haha, doesn't look very smooth when taking away the stone. just shop it with the knife and twist and you won't lose any of the good stuff.
