  • FASTER GO FASTEER!! (8)

  • "I attempted a rep-out with 225 on the deadlift. Absolutely awful. My muscles had another 20 in 'em, but my endurance just fell apart after 20."

Not trying to criticize 'cause that's a lot better then I could do, but wouldn't endurance still be a limitation of your muscles? So how could you have 20 more in you if you didn't?

  • Haha, that's a good point!

What I meant was that I stopped because I couldn't breathe, rather than because my muscles couldn't keep going. If you'll notice the reps didn't get slower, I wasn't grinding any out, I just couldn't catch my breath and felt like I was going to pass out.

  • I see.

Damn breathing always getting in the way... ;)

  • need to work on pushing the hips forward on every rep and pulling your shoulders back.

    you did 6 good reps.

Form is more important than quantity.

Plus when using lighter weight it is essential to making gains to always use proper form.

Doing what you just did with heavy weight is going to cause you to use all lower back to lift the weight. Like I said before push through your hips and pull those shoulders back as you come up.

  • You are small. But those were alot of reps for a small guy like you. Small legs.

  • @efthimios - He's probably 10x bigger than you, ass.

  • mmuuahaha pussy

  • @linebaker91 - where's your vids, pussy?

  • This is Magoo's entry to the ADONIS YOUTUBE DEADLIFTING CHALLENGE. How many reps of 225 can you get in 3 minutes? See Getbigdotcom for more details!
