O.O; I wouldn't want to be the guy lol, Honestly I've been listening to music that have a Wiccan title like 'Wiccan Wonders' or something and when I came across this I actually thought it was a music video until I heard the voices o.o; It scared me, But you did an awesome job, You guys looked great (Whichever you were) But I wonder you had his mouth stitched up o.O I'm sure it's stage makeup kinda stuff but I've wondered how they do that.

Thanks. Glad it gave you a scare :-) I'm the guy who had his mouth stitched shut, and it was done by carefully super gluing each thread on to my lips separately (no piercing necessary) . Angela, who acted opposite me in the video, really took her time with thread, superglue and tweezers, to make sure it looked just right.

The movie itself is good for being done by amatuers. However it is missleading - A Wiccan witch would never ever do such a thing because she knows that whatever is done, good or bad comes back times 3. Also, Wiccan witches do not use any form of voodoo/hoodoo dolls in their spells. Wiccan spells dont effect immidietly as they are done, it usually takes a few days up to a few weeks.

I hope you will take out the Wiccan in your overhead as it may lead to hate towards the Wiccan community.

I pity the person who can't tell the difference between hate propaganda, and fictional horror. I've never liked or approved of hate propaganda, but have always loved and enjoyed fictional horror. Don't make judgements on me, or accuse me of things I have not done. Also, I did not do research. I entered a competition to make a horror short, and the whole thing was thought up, written, directed and filmed very quickly. I do not hate Wiccans, and keep my life as hate free as possible.

this is not wicca! this is not what it teaches and if a wiccan was to do this kind of stuff like binding and hurting well they would have to be open to all the dark gods and goddess and thats when it gets very complicated. this is not a wicca video. i really find it misinforming to people watching it. wiccans are not without a dark side but this video does not show the results or aftermath that the person will face after doing these types of spells. stupid video

That's why it's important to follow your heart.

I understand why you feel that way. In all honesty, I think that the best thing you can do is go experience nature, let it run through you. Learn the mythos of the gods of all different pantheons, and feel what speaks most to you. Don't do something from a Llewellyn book just because it "says so". Do what feels right. Ok, once again I will say this. It's a work of fiction, not a personal opinion. My girlfriend is a Wiccan and so are some of my friends. I know this is not how Wiccans behave, but it won't be an interesting film, if she was mistreated and then did nothing about it.

Wow, the special effects were great. And the moral, too. 'Don't use girls'! This should happen to people who cheat for selfish reasons. I'm Wiccan. The only gray spell that I did was a karma spell to get back at a person who egged my house. And then maybe about a week later - they got thier house broken into. I'm into karmic powers, so it isn't tottally black wicca. Just how I view this.

Also I do think this film is quite open to interpretation for instance what if she's actually sending him healing and that comes out in his dreams because he's feeling guilty about hurting her at the beginning and he feels he deserves punishment? that is only one way it could be interpreted but like the two people who made it have both said it was made for entertainment purposes only!

As for being based on a stereotype. What is the stereotype? My actress was wearing her own clothes, and I'm pretty sure most people don't actually believe Wiccans use magic as a form of revenge. It is nothing more than storytelling.

Thank you for expressing how you felt. I have to admit, although it was never meant to be taken seriously enough to offend anyone, a number of people have been offended. I was genuinely surprised that anyone has actually thought it expressed an opinion or some sort of message! It's pure bull***t as an attempt to demonstrate that I could make a scary horror movie, if I had the money. Its all good, think of it this way, these are just responses films get naturally. It's impossible not to offend someone somehow and have a decent movie. Now that I'm more relaxed I can better appreciate this short film and the techniques used to make it.
