Just saying, monkey guards are meh. U only get good xp at...well 99 str =P. I recommend bandits. More competitive, but if you dont mind spending money on noted food, then go ahead and take on the lvl 70 ones. Easy money. With prayer, you can last for several hours in one inventory (130k cost)

It helps if anyone wants to try this to use initiate or proselyte armour instead of bandos to get that extra bit of prayer so you go to the altar a little less often...trust me it makes a difference. If you want to go further, a soul wars cape helps a ton. You may say you're getting rid of a str bonus by getting rid of fire cape and bandos but I assure you more hits is better than praying a bit more often with slightly stronger hits. Hope this helps! XD

btw ppl doesn't work too well unless ur 90 str+ here or u don't do good damage :) take it from me im lvl 102 with 87 str and it doesn't do all that good at all, 50-60k xp hour and u have to pay attention to pray. go to armored zombies for easier xp, then come back here with dharoks low hp pray on when ur 90 str minimal and bam u'll be cranking 80-100k xp :P how i did on some of my accs b4

I think Armored Zombies are faster, but each to it's own, this way deffinitly is easier with the altar being right next to you and not having to go up a ladder, except the rates are different :S I think for lowered level people and even some high level people, Armored Zombies are the best option because the Salve Ammy (e) is super helpful. Here if you have 90+ attack then I don't think it would really matter. And may I recommend DBA spec > reg restore > super attack? Could save some cash.

@gingealmite he already has 99 str. and besides, attk and def own. W/o attk you would miss every time and get less xp per hour. With no def you'd get hurt so much that you'd loose millions on food and you'd have to keep leaving for more food, thus resulting in less xp per hour.
