  • Super tare!!! Eram in 2007 cand abia am vazut partea I si partea II a filmului pe dvd si acum astept cu nerabdare a III parte.Mai nou am gasit acum si melodia cantata de Louis Armstrong marele rege al Jazz-ului !!!

  • Thank You for taking the time to put this up.

    Pops and Tea, Fantastic!

  • you wanna talk about a high note trumpet player....dang. very musical.

  • When I hear Louis Armstrong and Jack Teagarden play together, I realize what a void there is in music today; these records should be played in every school in the United States so that young people have an opportunity to hear such special musicians. There is nothing but goodness that can come from this type of indoctrination into Americas' history of Jazz.

    Roger Plafkin, Ada, Michigan

  • @plafkinfarms have to agree

  • love the satchmo's voice

  • le jazz,le grand jazz de légende avec des interprêtes prestigieux !

  • i think louis armstrong has such a beautiful smile

  • @236091 that smile is from smoking weed all the time, hahaha

  • What was that song, "I don't care what the weatherman says, cos the weatherman says it's raining. You'll never hear me complaining! " ??

  • @raspberrybaggio Puppini Sisters - Jeepers Creepers :)

  • jeepers creepers

  • ...quite scary after watching jeepers creepers the movie =/

  • Only went to five stars, otherwise I would have given six on the rating!! Tea and Lou...

  • jack teagarden of indian tribe...

  • @fipsbrause69 Not to be rude, but I AM not sure what you mean. Jack Teagraden, was of German descent.

  • @fipsbrause69 I believe you are correct. Not only will a simple Google search with his name and "Indian" will yield supporting evidence, but just look at him. He was a incredible man, and a good friend of our family. I have a picture of Jack (we used to call him Peabody) my mom, my grandfather (the late, great Stanley Wrightsman, Jazz pianist) and myself. I remember them (and other band members) rehearsing at my grandfathers house. I was lucky enough to inherit the tapes!

  • Super great stuff. Words from Johnny Mercer who would have been 100 this month

  • Love those old 16mm films. Great job on slowing it down and timecoding the sound.

  • Nice song

  • oh man i always get chills when i hear louis armstrong just deliever his powerful voice and his horn playing is out of this world...and i cant forget that nice background bassline

  • please. great song silly movie.

  • idk i think it was cuz of this song. can you please explain to me what is so scary abotu this movie? ive seen some of the first and all of the second and i really didnt get it. in fact thv second one caused me to lagh more than anything. not tryna be a dick, just wondering

  • 2nd one is crap everyone knows that.the 1st is especially creepy if u ut urself in there position and ask ur self what ud do differently. the creeper'll get u every time and no one on earth can save u

  • They called the film that because the monster in it appeared whenever the song played and also the monster ate his preys eyes. That would be why, guessin they chose a song that could seem creepy, this one is a good fit. Not scary at all though I thought.

  • That's Ruby Braff on the second trumpet and the great Pee Wee Russell on clarinet.

  • peewee herman!?!?!

  • The clarinetist is Tony Parenti.

  • now this is music

  • @Anniebritton Really? I thought it was interpretive DIY home decorating for disabled war veterans who also have ALS.

  • Don't think I ever heard Louis's lip any better then this clip, yeh he could blow.

  • One of Johnny Mercer's best, and by far, the best delivery. An amazing performance. Thanks.

  • i hope they're not singing about each other.... lol ... great song, i love jazz

  • im sorry but wtf with the username?

  • this is nuts.

  • It's viva la vida! Is satriani saying he wrote this in 1958?

  • 6 years after that jack teagarden died =(

    R.I.P.!

  • This real enjoyable jazz.

Modern day jazz took a turn for the worse somewhere along the line.

  • It was ruined when children these days thought "This could be SO much cooler with metal or punk to it!". Don't get me wrong, I like my share of Metal. But this music does not need to be changed.

  • Teagarden and Armstrong! What a great feast!

  • simply great!!!

  • After playing Fallout 3 and watching Jeepers Creepers i have a new perspective on old time jazz. Add a eerie atmosphere with it and it gives a chill.

  • Most definitely. ;)

  • No doubt...who needs stupid Metal Remixes this type of Genre will work automatically with any right atmosphere..

  • @DuLLKniFe95 shut it

  • Louis introduced this Johnny Mercer song in the 1938 movie "Going Places."

Written by Harry Warren and Johnny Mercer. "Jeepers Creepers" was the name of a racehorse! in the film.
