If ur device freezes on the apple logo then it simply need to be booted via redsn0w. Plug u device in, select the correct ispw on redsn0w, click just boot, force ur device off by holding home and power till the screen goes dark, quickly hit next, the follow steps on redsn0w. This is necessary because your device is jailbroken tethered. If you are running ios 4.3.4 and up, there is currently no untethered jailbreak so eery time u turn off ur device u need to plug into redsn0w and repeat what i t

Okay so I'm just commenting on this to answer peoples questions..

1. Yes jailbreaking voids the warranty.

2. Once it's jailbroken you can un-jailbreak it by restoring it with iTunes.

3. Yes you can still download apps from the app store when it is jailbroken & you can sync it with iTunes too and it will stay jailbroken unless you restore it or update it.
