I just started working as a behaviorist for an agency. I didn't have to go through any type of training while other agencies require it for their employees. I feel the need to get some type of training for the benefit of my clients. Does anyone know the difference between such agencies that require and that don't require training? I'm getting payed $16.00/hr. I believe C.A.R.D. is one of the best agencies to work for especially if you're a student persuing an ABA career.
