Old Jenö Blau was the cousin of my grand-mother and met me in Rio de Janeiro in 1942. His brother Martin and nieces Roberta and Dolores became very close relatives of mine in the 80's. I wonder if anyone who reads this would tell me the whereabouts of Roberta and Dolores who lived in NY city. My email address is ***. I am 72 now and live in São Paulo, Brazil.
Ormandy is complete perfection. He is what every conductors should be. Ormandy has amazing precision, and such mastery. He treats the orchestra as the element of what every components should be.

This is a fine selection of music.
However, EUGENE ORMANDY did a dynamite version
of Paganninni's "MOTO IN PERPETUO".
Think it was on Deutsche Grammophon...in the
late Fifties.
Could you possibly put that one up?

Ironically,I now see on NAXOS Records,
that very recording!
ORMANDY (and others)...from 1955.
MOTO IN PERPETUO is included.
Frustrating,because the website says
"Not available in this country (USA) due
to copyright differences of something."
