I don't know if I will ever get in a 10. Keep up the good work. Tom (and Britlee) and now you have inspired me to try the couch to 5k thingy too. I love the Better Balance stuff. I love their protein cinnamin cereal. Their protein pretzels are good too. I love the fresh frozen edamame. Great vid!

  • Sounds like some great goals! Thanks for sharing your favorite protein products. I agree, exercise is so important for health and being. We need to find exercise that is fun and joyful for us, exercise that makes us feel good, is not a drudgery. :)
