A book that really helps in these last days is called the national Sunday law. I thank God for loving me so much that he would tell me whats gonna happen, how it gonna happen and by whom in the last days. Praise God from who all blessings flow.

@cslewis623 Jesus and the Holy spirit did not lower themselves. If there lower themselves then this indicates that they are all separate. When this impossible because the bible tells us that the three is one. Because of our limited knowledge we can't fully grasp the union of the three.

Ellen G. White gives us a better understand of what is means to be Christians and live a life that glorifies God.

@JSeely218 Yes we do say that Jesus is the arch angel, but i do not believe he isnt God Himself. All my friends believe that. Why do u accuse Ellen for being a false prophet?

@cslewis623 -- Because your church says that he (Jesus) is an arch angel is "lowering" the deity of God, God does not change, God is unchangeable in his being, attributes, purpose, and promises. Psalms:102:27: But thou art the same, and thy years shall have no end. Malachi:3:6: For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed. We will change but God won't. No where in the bible does is state that God is an angel!. Your church teaches that he does, scripture says not.

@cslewis623 -- the very foundation of SDA church is built upon E.G. Whites misinterpritations and false prophecy and also her explanation of what christ is...Jesus is NOT an arch angel, in order for her explanations and prohetic visions to work she has to lower the deity of God and that in it's self is blasphemy, it is a man made faith and leads a person from the truth. This is the markings of a cult where control is center point.

@JSeely218 I have been in a controling environment.. and I can assure you that the Seventh day Adventist have no such structure. There may be people believing that they have control but no brother can tell me to not believe something or to believe something unless they can show it to me by the Scriptures. The church have a bottom up structure, meaning everyone have to cast their vote if any of the doctrines is in question. No leader can say, "Today we no longer believe.. " or "today we believe."

@JSeely218 My church believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, Eternal God, the Allmighty, the Creator of Heaven and Earth, from Everlasting. Jesus have always existed and will always exist. We do not believe that God decided to become three persons, but that God have always been 3 persons, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. They make up the Godhead: Elohim and each have their own roles to fill, Jesus as our Creator and Savior, the Lord of the Sabbath and will soon return to earth.

@cslewis623 -- But hey don't take my word for it...check out the facts of your church if it is SDA. And if you are a dyed in the wool believer of this church then no matter "what" I might comment on will not have any effect of seeing the truth in your eyes and I won't do a meaningless battle of who's right and who's wrong with you or anyone else for that matter. Jesus Christ "IS" GOD! always has been and always will be and his words are true and forever.

@JSeely218 I agree with you brother, Jesus Christ is God and have existed since forever! This is also what Sister White says, and when I read the Bible and see people like Joshua bow down before an Angel of the Lord and that of Moses, both removing their sandals as they were standing on Holy Ground, when we hear of the Only Archangel, Michael, and Jesus coming with the Shout of the Archangel, it is His shout being the Chief Messenger, the First of the Princes, the Prince of Peace. I believe Him.

@cslewis623 I have studied what the Bible says about Michael "He who is what God is" the only Archangel in the Bible, the Chief Messenger, the First of the Princes, and we know that God is an Angel, the Angel of the Lord spoke to Moses from the burning bush. Michael is also the one that kicked the devil out of heaven, and Rev 10 speaks about an Angel standing on Land and on the Water, with the Rainbow around His head. So I do not see any conflict with Jesus being Michael our God and Savior. =)

Yes, everyone should go out and buy Ellen G White book "The Last Days Events." I was 15 the first time I read the book and never was grip by the Word of God so tight. I am not saying to replace her for the Bible only saying she helps break it down to my understanding. But we should all become glued to Isaiah as Daniel and Revelation. Recently, I found it to be as griping also.

@Peaceloveabidewithin I agree, when i first read that book i was amazed i couldn't stop reading it. I suggest that every SDA should but that book especially those who don't understand revelation.

Ellen said herself that the reason God set her up as a prophet was because the HARDNESS OF OUR HEARTS had driven us to view Bible study as laborious, boring, and pointless. Since we, as a people, tend not to study our Bibles anymore, we do not tend to make the connections that she underscores very clearly between far-flung portions of the Bible. You can get 100% of the information she has in her books from the Bible, but you won't because you're hard-hearted and won't put the time into it.
