hahahahaha thats absolutely hilarious!! In Australialand, you can't really shop around for cheap but good haircuts. They're either cheap and so-so, or expensive and good. A fair amount of people can tell the difference between a cheap and an expensive 'do, but noone can tell the difference between a cheap 'do and a free 'do. So I just get mine for free ;)
