I have tried both, but as the iso will fit on a cd (Its less than 700MB)

there is not really much point in using a dvd what is like 4.7GB?

But if its all you got it should work. I have used a dvd once.

Sorry for the late reply, the download is a iso but if you have winrar it may

have a winrar icon. Just burn that.

when i downloaded the liveCD, it turned into a zipped file that I needed to open with windows RAR. X_X Do I burn the whole rar thing onto the CD then?

umm when i downloaded it i was a winrar file so i extracted it than it gave me to main files do is stil;l burn it to a disc both of them (im using nero)

hey, when i downloaded the live cd from sourceforge. in the ophcrack directory it had a makeiso.bat, but when i executed it it came up with 'a target parametre is required - iso file' etc any ideas as what to do here?
