Thanks, every advice is hard. I checked lot of effects during my guitar life and this is my last setup. But I thing, that for future I will do some changes, because there are lot of very good stompboxes on the world and I don´t like multieffects. Only one think for begginer. One good ovedrive like TS and maybe Wah-wah pedal and You will be lucky :-) And of course very good tube amplifier...
@misakul I'd recommend either a reverb or compression pedal. Compression will help you all of the time and reverb is a very basic effect that almost all guitarists utilize at some point.
2) Get the best tube amp you can afford (don't go lower than 40-50watts)
3) Overdrive (TS-9 or Boss OD-3)
4) Delay
I perform all the time as a lead guitarist and this is all i use (w/ a 100watt vox amp) and i mess around with the effect settings. Its all you need for a while
@Christblackwell i agree with misakul. A good overdrive and a wah pedal are a good place to start. Another thing to do is research the gear your favorite guitarists use, then research those pedals individually (reviews, vids, but best of all, try them out in person).
the best thing to start with though is a good tube amp. If you shop around you can find quality ones without breaking the bank (check out blackheart amps).
@Christblackwell overall, just try out alot of gear and see what works for you. Sometimes multi-effects provide a good start point and you can invest in specific effects pedals from there.
The grey one is very old semi-acoustic Jolana (I sold it) And the honey burst is Artist custum from Peter Jurkovic from jurkovic-guitars. You can see it on my other videos.
plus the metal zone pretty much sucks, it sounds like a mosquito in higher levels, for heavy distortions i'll sugest a proCo rat or a sansamp...ps: nice punchy clean tone!
hey saw your videos,m really impressd with your sound and set up brother.i bought stomp boxes bt m little confusd how to order up my pedals and all gears to get good professional sound.can u plz help with this?would be really great man ,thanx. i have, BBE pedal supply power, bossDD3, bossBD2, bossCS3, ibanez TS9, bossNS2, boss RC20XL(loop pedal), Joe satchurator dist pedal by VOX, boss CS3, line 6pod xt live, crybaby all kind of suggestions also welcome bro.thnks
Hi, every advice is complicated. Stuff You have is good. I has been playing more than 12 years, and I changed lot of effects through this period. Also every man is different and You have to find your sound. Effect chain usually look like wah-comp-OD/dist-trem/vib/chor-dly-hall. But there is a lot of possibilities how to build it by your way.
those are some gnarly pedals my friend this ? of yours is mostly opion but the triditional way is wha comps over drives distortion fuzz then your swirly space stuff like phasers chours ECT then tremelo delay reverb but like i said it all opion jimmi hendrix puts his wha at the end to clean up the sound but all in all you should experement and never let eny one tell you your pedals are bad caus yours rock
This is standart (ceapest) GCB-95 Cry Baby. No modification. I love it. I think that sound You hear is good because my HOT amp is very flexible and can produce perfect sound with all effects.
To build this pedalboard is easy. There is no advice:-) No, there is. All components are standards in all music web shops except Smrcka effects. But I´m sure, that You can write him and he can send you all what you need. Connection is easy. Only power suply I made by my own. But Smrcka can do custom power suply. Watch his web sites. Good luck, man.

Wow your wah sounds amazing! Is it really a stock wah, or did you do some mods to it? My Crybaby Wah's sweep is nowhere near that smooth.

does anyone no a descent natural sounding flange?
SoundOfAShark 3 years ago
I never need flage sound so I don't have it and I can't recomend anything.
Anyway thanks for interest.

I'd reccomend an Electro Harmonix Electric Mistress Flanger. Its my favorite, and prbably one of the best flanges out there.
