The gist of your argument is: Deficit of 1300MG amounted to 16 hour of load shedding even in big cities. And that you successfully increased production by 3000MG but could not do full 5000MG which could have eliminated the load shedding. This does not make sense.

Then you want to take credit of those who are trying to solve the load shedding problem after you left power.

Current power generating capacity is 18,000 MWs. All major IPPS including HUBCO (actual 1292MW now 790MWs) , KAPOCO (actual 1600MWs now 900MW) and Many small IPPS like Japan power are idly right now coz of detriorated financial crisis.The WAPDA (Current Federal Govt body) not paying to IPPs, IPPs are not paying to PSO, PSO not paying to refineries, thus a no fuel for current capacity.

Hi. actually you have to consider the mentality of the rural people, who have zero access to information and rely on their feudal lords. The feudal lords have an iron hold on the people and the villagers only support their lords no matter who does what for them. So it is true that electricity has now reached to even the far flung regions while the people don't acknowledge the real person behind its deliverance
