The AP9, Tec 9, KG9, etc. are what have come to be known as "assault pistols". They are all very similar, and none of them are all that durable or reliable, but they look badass(to some people), and they are fun to shoot, and thats why they exist.

When you say your gunsmith converted these to blank firing guns, what do you mean? The only thing I can think of is that he installed a blank firing adaptor in the barrel, so the gun will cycle like it's supposed to when using blanks.

yeah the washer then one more thing the bareel of the barreta. its easy for beretta cuase of the long barrel. you have to chesel down the side barral too. the gun smith did it for me for 200 bucks. but once you chisel it . it would not fire reAL BULLETS AGAIN

I believe thats a TEC-DC-9 its a semi auto variation of the TEC-9 problem is that it doesn't have a happy switch...lol

It's an AP-9, but the AP-9 is very similar to a TEC-9. It's an easy mistake to make. TEC-9s are actually semi-auto, like the AP-9, but the first variant, the KG-9, gained a rep on the streets because it was easy to convert to full auto. The ATF found out and ordered Interdynamic USA to start producing the gun with a closed bolt design that would be harder to convert.

People it's a REAL GUN with BLANK AMMO. You people obviously know nothing about guns. It's very simular to a Tec-9 and it can hold up to 32 rounds. They stopped production on it in 2001.
