Banning slavery, the emergence of female equality and a reduction in capital punishment are all secular ideas developed completely without input from any Biblical texts. Isn't slightly strange all these quite important values were left out? Besides, the laws mentioned in the Bible are much older, most of them developed under a polytheistic theology.

Most prescription drugs are not naturally produced chemicals in the body, and act as only regulators to effect our biochemistry to direct it to recovery. There's no perfectly 'fine-tuned' drug that don't have a side effect, or work like a magic pill for any ailment. Even antibiotics are case-specific and have limits to their effect. Oh and how does this discredit evolution exactly?

I think the real problem is that we live in a very backward age.God was used as the central moral giver for hundreds of years, and crime rates were very low for the most part(compared to our age at least).
Who is left today to sustain the morals of society?Obviously, not all of us would go outside and murder people, so central moral enforcement is questioned.
In Turkey, they use the military, and it is a complete military state(getting rid of it now). For crime to go down, you must adopt this.

@JovB23 The fact that aspirin or any medication have side effects doesn't say the scientific process is flawed. Most prescription drugs are not naturally produced chemicals in the body, and act as only regulators to effect our biochemistry to direct it to recovery. There's no perfectly 'fine-tuned' drug that don't have a side effect, or work like a magic pill for any ailment. Even antibiotics are case-specific and have limits to their effect. Oh and how does this discredit evolution exactly?

But the whole carbon dating thing is not 100% credible. In science, nothing is within the human concept of 'perfect', there are only observable variables and results. Oh and you are* an animal. You can't say 'god made it, so everything *just is*. Does creation explain genetic diversity of the domestic house cat? Why are there different species of Felidae? Why are Felids and Canids so alike? Why do early canids bare more resemblence to bears? What caused the recent reign of eutherian mammals? Etc. Etc. Etc.

A cat and a dog cannot interchangeably turn into one or the other, because in evolution even that is ridiculous. But there is definitely an eutherian mammal that had the traits that would mark the procession of many subsequent species that would give rise to the modern dog and cat. Why is man put together in the same clade as an ape? We are both* species* of primates*.
