good job only you need to learn not to saw with your carving knife( one swift motion), and i did like how you only coated two sides but it is triditional to coat all sides and you need a iron cast skillit( it retains heat easyer). but you will learn all of that at the CIA. BEST IN AMERICA. GOOD LUCK AND GREAT JOB!!!!
