  • Ok, there's more than "4" muscles in your arm, the key to getting big arms i hit the smaller muscles to. I.E inbetween the bi and tri (brachialis)

  • And for your forearms you can you can do different kinds of curlings motions at your wrist, you can curl forwards, curl backwards, curl to the side and you jack off

  • please people forget all these isolation exersises(curls, extentions ect) they do very small benifit...

    stick to heavy back compound lifts like=bent-over rows, pull-ups/chin-ups ect for biceps and for tri's do chest compounders like bench-press, dips, weighted pushups ect for triceps, and swap leg presses for squats wich promote nearly all upper body muscles aswell as most leg muscles. add isolation exersises at the end of ur workout if u feel the need to but stick to heavy compound exersises

  • hi im a very skinny boy im about 140 lbs, over the past year ive been working out almost every day and i get stronger and not any bigger, like ive gotten about 5 times stronger. But i eat at the same rate as my sister shes about 170, but i never get bigger. Is this just my metabolism or is there somthing wrong with me?

  • Ive been doing this for the past month every single day almost. Your lucky if Ive missed like 6 days all together in the past 35 days. Ive noticed some changes and my arms are getting bigger and a lot more harder when i tense. Thing is I think if i had properly changed my diet they would have ripped so much better and faster. Am I expecting better results too soon or should I seriously consider eating on a proper protein diet?

  • @rawrgrr4298 You are 100% correct. This guy is completely clueless. He mentions "hammer curls" and "reverse curls" as exercises to work the biceps. He is completely wrong. Here's why: A hammer curl is an exercise where elbow flexion occurs while the hands are in a neutral position(palms facing in). It mainly engages your brachioradialis, on the top of your forearm. A reverse curl is a terrible choice for the biceps because they are much less engaged due to the fully pronated hand position.

  • @1andrewman1 i'd have to any any amount of weight you can handle with ease, you don't want to have too much weight because then it will control you rather than you controlling it, and also you won't get the results you're looking for because you'll end up straining.
