Both Final Mix+ and Re:Chain of Memories are both great games. I'll probably end up buy the English Version of Re:Chain of Memories. it's a shame Final Mix+ doesn't seem like it's coming to the U.S.
Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix will not be released anytime in the foreseeable future however, most likely never just like kh1 final mix.
@ naruto77dragon: Re:chain of memories does not cover that. What roxas was doing will be covered in "385/2 days" that is going to be released on the DS, alongside "Birth by Sleep" which covers *spoiler* the three knights shown in the kh2 final mix secret video, and will be released on the psp.
there's been rumors that they made an english version of both KH2:Final Mix and KHRe:COM and it's set to be released december 2nd this year, but don't yell at me if it's wrong cause i'm just passing on what other people have said.
btw, you don't fight zexion in the GBA version! but they showed riku fighting him in this.
It's not a sequel, you could call it the same thing just improved but if you had a chance to get FM+ and didn't because you already had the normal one then you would be missing quite a bit of extra cutscenes, battles, and abilities.

Its not comming to the US and if you want to play it, you need a Japanese PS2 to play it or a PS3. On wikipedia i heard that some dont have a regional-lock. Best to get one now because futrue PS3's will have regional lock down on it.
Someone said Kingdom Hearts Final Mix 2 will be comeing out in the UK this winter in 2007. I think it might be released the same time as Kingdom Hearts 2. But I don't understand why they would bring out Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix before Kingdom Hearts 1 Re Chain of Memories. Im not sure when Re Chain of Memories will be comeing out but I know Final Mix 2 will be comeing out in winter time.
Wow! Utada Hikaru does a great job on the music. But, I really wished this version of the game was in the United states. it tells mores to the story-line.
FFX and FFX-2 International (Japanese releases only) were in english with Japanese subtitles. However, there were minor differences between those games and their american counter parts. Maybe since the fans are making a bigger deal of KH2 Final Mix since it's... "Stronger, Faster, and in every way more powerful", There is a strong possibility it will see a North American release. The English language in the game has nothing to do with it though.
Actually, it is pretty common in japanese cultures. Cherry blossoms are a major part of japanese cultures. He reminds me of Byakuya who fights with the same type of flowers (but in a different way. Byakuya fights with millions of them like psychic flying razor blades).

Yes, the remake of Chain of Memories is on the PS2 but it comes only with the purchase of Kingdom Hearts2:Final Mix+, and that is only in Japan. I doubt they'll bring it to the U.S. or U.K. So if you want it your gonna have to import it from Japan, along with KH2FM+ Which is actually a pretty sweet deal to have.
Every body knows that Japan gets all the good stuff. That mainly because all the really cool game makers are over there. We just get the spoils. But I'm grateful there at least letting us in on some of the fun. You should import your copies from Japan before its too late!
also, theres the return of the black mushroom heartless, ut they wear organization jackets and they have numbers on their backs. in other words, there are 13 different kinds and each number represents and organization member's powers. if u defeat them all and a certain number of them, u get a scret keyblade. the game focuses more around roxas and his past. most of it with axel and namine in twilight town. ull also lern many secrets about organization XIII that u never knew from kh2.
if any of u saw the secret ending at the end of kh2, u saw the guys in armour. well, Xemnas calls one of them "friend" so that means ter somehow related with the organization. ters also a boss harder then sepheroth. its the guy in armour. u go to the desert place at the crossraods of destiny and u fight him. u get a secret keyblade after defeating him. also sora gets to fight axel in hallow bastion, and he also gets to fight roxas at memories skyscraper in TWTNW.
kingdom hearts 2:final mix+ MIGHT come out in the usa. there have beeen rumors but nothing has been confirmed yet. if it comming out, then it will be in the fall. there are alot of cool things in the new game like the organization's hideout is in hallow bastion/ radiant garden. its all underneath it!!,

Yes, the remake of Chain of Memories is on the PS2 but it comes only with the purchase of Kingdom Hearts2:Final Mix+, and that is only in Japan. I doubt they'll bring it to the U.S. or U.K. So if you want it your gonna have to import it from Japan, along with KH2FM+ Which is actually a pretty sweet deal to have.

Every body knows that Japan gets all the good stuff. That mainly because all the really cool game makers are over there. We just get the spoils. But I'm grateful there at least letting us in on some of the fun. You should import your copies from Japan before its too late!

also, theres the return of the black mushroom heartless, ut they wear organization jackets and they have numbers on their backs. in other words, there are 13 different kinds and each number represents and organization member's powers. if u defeat them all and a certain number of them, u get a scret keyblade. the game focuses more around roxas and his past. most of it with axel and namine in twilight town. ull also lern many secrets about organization XIII that u never knew from kh2.

if any of u saw the secret ending at the end of kh2, u saw the guys in armour. well, Xemnas calls one of them "friend" so that means ter somehow related with the organization. ters also a boss harder then sepheroth. its the guy in armour. u go to the desert place at the crossraods of destiny and u fight him. u get a secret keyblade after defeating him. also sora gets to fight axel in hallow bastion, and he also gets to fight roxas at memories skyscraper in TWTNW.

kingdom hearts 2:final mix+ MIGHT come out in the usa. there have beeen rumors but nothing has been confirmed yet. if it comming out, then it will be in the fall. there are alot of cool things in the new game like the organization's hideout is in hallow bastion/ radiant garden. its all underneath it!!,

all of u saw sora in his old clothes fighting in Beast Castle right? well that form is called LIMIT FORM. he uses attacks like ragnarok and ars arcanum and dodge roll is used for offense and defense. his torso clothes are the same, but his pants are bigger and they have insignias on them.

If you notice properly you'll see that the fight with Marluxia is KH2 format. I thought we already pwned him in Chain of Memories and locked the door?

you can fight all of the CoM people in KH2: FM, but they're optional, and a lot harder.

Actually, in Final Mix, it has English voiceovers, but Japanese subtitle, which, unfortunately, doesn't exactly mean it will come to the us.

yeah but the thing is you fight him in the World That Never Was while going along with the story, so it's not optional, which means maybe your supposed to lose? I mean...i won't lol, but who knows how it's gonna be..As long as they release it here (NA) it's all good =D.

Sorry if this is going to upset anyone, but FM+ has not been confirmed for release in North America, Europe, or Australia. The Fall 2007 release date you see on Gamespot comes from EGM Magazine, which has no authority over the matter, and neither Square Enix nor Buena Vista Games has made any confirmations.
