  • My 2 cents-if it doesn't work then how come most states have BANNED it ? And also if appears to work with plates that have the white phosphor paint and dark numerals-the colored background ones won't work. Also the ONLY ones posting vids are ones Cops were involved in like the newscasts. I personally used the stuff and have yet to get a letter in the mail and am unsure if the flash I saw was intended for my car when it happened (2 way street you see) so make of this what you will.
