Anyway wht I use to do was take like a standing fan thing not one on the wall one tht u have to plug in and then use a comb and slowly comb through ur hair wet hair (u must wash it right before u do this) make sure tht every inch of ur hair is dry once ur done. i think shes meaning to say tht before she let her hair grow she basically got the "asian mullet"/"scene hair" its basicallly short layers up above the ears n the length stays the same :) tht will make it appear as tho u hav mor volume in the top layers it works best with long hair thick or thin i wuld know.... i have the asian mullet hairstyle =}

i chemically straightened my hair so the humidity doesnt affect it! Plus chemically straightened hair is soo easy to manage. Or you could just buy some anti-frizz and spray it on after ur done straightening :D
