  • @Mshotnspicycajun I just want to make sure I have it correct. Alisa was the one with the bow and arrow correct?

  • This was my sister Alisa's proudest moments, b

  • oh wow i didnt know there was a video for this lol

  • Where are they now? Hmmm, sounds like a TVOne Unsung episode needs to be made. These were my girls when they came out. I though they would blow up.

  • DAMN I CANT BELIEVE I FOUND THIS. THIS USE TO GET HEAVY ROTATION ON RADIO,AND I DIDNT KNOW WHO OUT THIS OUT! I LOVE THE 80S!!!!

  • this shit is movin entirely too fast

  • @cwayz08 director coked up

  • 80s is fucked in a good way. great attempt to get mythical

  • just gimme valerie

  • @Torrity & Gazib:

Just fell into the same trap... :-)

The music is not my cup of tea, too. But: De gustibus non disputandum est. In addition, I feel a little bit compensated by the nice looking girls...

  • i'm aroused and scared at the same time.

  • thats cuz the video is moving faster than the track

  • I recognize Iris Parker, but what's with this?

  • where is the fucking music man?!!!!

  • this sucks

  • Is this a Grace Jones Track! LOL

  • WHAT IS THIS??

  • i love Madam X....can someone post cherries in the snow!

  • I love madame x they are still cool to this day

  • What happened to their second single, "sexy"

  • FUCK THISZZZZZ!!!!

  • This song personifies the general mentality that WAS the "ladies of the 80s"

  • Love the Video Music Box intro by Ralph McDaniels...THAT brings back hella memories.

  • Damn they was fine and funky.

  • thanks dickey doo!!! my gr.niece told me about this group and I almost forgot about them!!! my faves in the eighties! they were hot, sounds like Vanity! One girl looks just like Vanessa Williams, the other like Vanity!but why the video end before the ending?

thanks angee!where are these girls today??

  • Thanx for finally posting this Video !! now some of these youngins need to listen to this and then listen to Britney's 'Slave'- that's where she got the beat from - Madame X babyyyyyyyyyy !

  • I thought she got it from Nasty Girls by Vanity Six. Who knew? I have to check it out. I knew it was something I had heard before.

  • yeah, but britney failed hard in her attempt to be as sexy as they were...by far!

  • DIVAS!!!!

  • Didn't I just see the same scene in Vanessa Williams' Comfort Zone?? lol Vanessa's video director ripped the concept from MAdame X! lol

  • oh yesssssssss,

i love cherries in the snow ...!!!:):)

  • Is there a way to contact Bernadette Cooper to find out if we can get a copy of Madame X some how?

  • bernadette does have a myspace page, but you need to have an account there to contact her.

  • WOW! I have the cassette and these girls were high post fasho. They were talented too, i was upset when they broke up, but i hear they were almost finished with the 2nd CD and the group went kaput...Would love to hear those sessions with B Cooper(My Girl). I also love the soul train appearence...TOO HOT..Esp the 2nd song they sang(Weak For You)Classic episode from ST!

  • regcart... the real tragedy about Madame X's failure to lift off was it was pure egos! what it came down to was Bernadette and then Exec. Prod. Sylvia Rhone clashed on many levels. Once MX (the LP) was released, Bernadette was ready to start her record, Drama According to BC. With numerous left over tracks for MX, those actually became the solo release Alyssha Randolph because of the orig. 2 record contract.

  • most unfortunate that this is not sinced up and full lenght. Madame X was a good group created by bernadette cooper. I didn't even know this existed. also the tape/album/cd (their only one) is out-of-print and near impossible to find. You can't even find it on E-bay or google it successfully. Keep an eye out fans, maybe there will be a re-release. I hope so

  • I bought a very expensive copy on e-bay last year.

  • I have both the vinyl single and the full length vinyl LP

  • I want to see the whole video. I pmed the poster but no response and it has been almost a week. they did post this last year so their account could be inactive.

  • Does anyone have a clearer version of this video?

  • What's wrong with the video???

  • help me find this album pleaase send response!!1

  • i have the MADAME X LP & CD!

  • how can i purchase this from you please reply!!!

  • This song came out way before LL COOl J.

  • prob influenced ll cool j's "im that type of guy"

  • i think this came out after LL's version.

  • Incorrect this song was released in the summer of 1987.

  • oh i have diz on video, them singing this song, and i have them on soul train and at the apollo, in which they sang two songs

  • can you post the videos for the Apollo and Soul Train performances? Thanks!

  • Bernadette cooper produced the song. She's not in the group.

  • Bernadette was the producer for the entire LP. She also wrote every song (lyrics and music), laid most all the drum tracks, and performed some of the raps esp. on I Want Your Body. She was just too hot for yourself!

  • has this been sped up or something? None of the words fit the moving of their mouths or anything,

  • ok there was a better version of this video but account got suspended help a homie out....please somebody upload the COMPLETE version thanks.

  • Oh begging for shit here too loser?

  • whatz up wit u freal?

  • OMG!!!! I screamed when I saw this here. Thank you so much for posting this!!

  • gracejones.. vanity 6 and cameo on they breaf

  • This was the Jam!!!! I remember in 1987, in southwest arkansas we had just gotten BET about a year earlier on cable and all the black folks (some white, too), went nuts in praise that videos from black artists were being represented like the MTV's and the VH1's. Straight breath of fresh air at the time to have that access like the east and west coast

  • Brings back memories...I was like 9 maybe 10 when this came out. Looking for this on CD!

  • so am I!

  • Used to love this.Wish I could get the album on cd.

  • Damn! This was the jam back in jr high. I haven't been able to find hide nor hair of this until now. I'm very well pleased. Thanks DickeyDoo.

  • why is this video fast and where's the whole song????

  • I use to think this was Vanessa Williams, when they use to play this video. On Video Soul

This iz still a decent ass song.

  • Its weird you say that because they were on the same label and if you look at Vanessa's video for The Comfort Zone it obviously had the same Director and Graphics Company.

  • Oh wow.... I went and checked it out, And I think your right. They didnt have big budget directors back then

  • This is one of my favorite songs to just get down to.

  • This definitely was tha shhh"! I was in the 6th grade when this came out. I gotz to look for this!

  • Thanks for this vid. This beat isclassic.
