Cant we just build one, usinmg a first a coffee filter (for the sediment) and the "activated carbon" (you can buy cheaply for fish tanks at walmart) thats stapled into another coffee filter, another coffee filter with the same, and our own ultravilet light?
Doesnt letting water sit in the sun (or whats called SODIS)for 8 hours take care of contaminated water with gardia?
