From what I've read of Torah, I see lepers were exiled until they were better, and the sacrifices came post-illness. Quite pointless healing that which is physically clean.

Also, the "kneeling in prayer" was an act called grooming, which is a form of reassurance to the females and young males that theres no real threat and all is well. even the godfather scene where the chimps would kiss hands was just another way of comforting each other (yes, chimps kiss and even hug each other).

BULLSHIT. I've watched the original video, someone recorded over the actual commentary. It's true that chimps do try to establish dominance within their groups, but the original video was about how they compete for dominance in different ways. One way was a display of brute strength, the other intelligence. The latter was shown by the chimp with the empty cans. He was actually a different, much smaller chimp than the first one shown and originally had a very low status in the group.
