Yes you can (I've had SRS). Can I guarantee you'll have an orgasm with penetrative sex... no. Most cis women can't have an orgasm that way either. But you most certainly can have it with someone going down on you or with masturbation. Yes, it's more intense... longer. Is that from SRS or from hormones or because you finally have a vag... can't say because I didn't feel as sexual prior to SRS. Apart from sex, it's been a very powerful experience, very affirming. If you're not sure, don't get it.
thats a good question,I dont know im a guy,but i want to know if it feel the same having sex with a real vagina or the srs surgery vagina...im just asking
Just to add to my earlier comment, I had surgery _way_ back in March 1987, when (sadly) the visual quality of work wasn't anywhere near so good as it is now. (oh, and I can and do ;-)
I really want to know the answer to this also. I'm looking around for SRS surgeons Dr Brassard is currently the one I am leaning towards. Any input would really help.
Im 13months on hrt and I what to know the exact same thing !!!Please someone make a reply video or something ?! We need guidance! Ivonne5xx please checkout my vids.
seems to depend on the doctor, some doctors now specialize in giving sensitivty so that you can orgasm, so I have heard of girls who can and ones who can't...i think in another five years all surgeons will be able to give full sensation
i've asked these very same ?'s to people i know personally and most can some cant. PLEASE! make a vid about the answers you get. i'm in your shoes Girl and really need to know. thanks for taking your time to make these vids. much love
Actually, I just realised I should add something to that (in case I've scared you off the idea). The proportion of those who can compared to those who can't has increased over the years and from what I hear for recent SRS it is usually all ok afterwards.
"Some can, some can't" is the simple answer. But in reality isn't actually that simple! Obviously your 'bits' have been rearranged somewhat (lol) and you might find that you need to do things in different ways to actually _achieve_ something. Bottom line though is that (a) lots of things will still feel good, and (b) orgasms are in the mind as much as they are in the body. Above all, don't rush things! You'll be a virgin (again!) and like the first time it will be a learning experience.
