its kinda like a practice but its for anyone who wants to try it or improve your skills....i feel like i learn more in a clinic especially if your a new player now they are basiclly practices for me

if you plan on trying out i recommend going to a clinic so you can see if you get more interested in it

You can only be a good girls field lacrosse player if you've played boys and girls box lacrosse in canada. The agression has to be there.
