Hi, what did you add to the jar before you put the lid? boiling water or vinegar?, how long it will take to be ready to eat?

you should try naturally fermented pickles next time. You do not use vinegar just a brine solution of salt and water. The enzymes in the skin produce lactic acid which acts as vinegar. They taste soooo much better this way!
