  • Hi, what did you add to the jar before you put the lid? boiling water or vinegar?, how long it will take to be ready to eat?

  • you should try naturally fermented pickles next time. You do not use vinegar just a brine solution of salt and water. The enzymes in the skin produce lactic acid which acts as vinegar. They taste soooo much better this way!
