This is my niece Annette, my sister has never give up during the las 16 years that Annette was diagnosed with Rett Syndrome, my mother has been her guardian Angel and they have devoted their lives to take care of Anette , tears run from my eyes when I see that this is for real this is truly a miracle, Sis you found the way we Love you.....
