  • Identical to the ATL P1000 series. The firmware for the LCD is SUN branded but I wouldn't be surprised if everything else was identical!

  • Sounds like it needs some lubing of rails and such... maybe it's just me. It's loud as hell. Neat piece of equipment though.

    Quite impressive at around 50GB per tape or something.

    I think we already take things like Blu Ray burners for granted nowadays, 'cos that thing must have cost a fortune when it was new!
