I remember reading somewhere online that the developers of Ocarina of Time originally intended on making the Temple of Time in that game an actual dungeon to explore with a boss and everything, but do to limited space on the N64 game cartridge the Temple design was scrapped and was instead implemented into Twilight Princess instead.

@CocaineDrRockso I disagree. The old Temple of Time music fit for the old temple, which was the giant church place that hid the sacred sword. This Temple of Time, however, is a dungeon filled with traps and monsters, so it makes sense that they went with a song that was a little more tense.

This is the first temple I've done pretty much by myself - I think it was pretty easy. It's very one-way. Only needed help in like three or four places. Love the walkthroughs, though! Would've been at the beginning trying to herd those goats still if it wasn't for you. =D

The game was originally designed for the gamecube and in that version Link was like in every Zelda game, left handed. But since most gamers are right handed and hold the Wii-mote in their right hand, they considered that Link should be right-handed as well (for that natural feel).

But making Link right handed was not enough since the puzzels the game were designed for a left handed link. Therefore they just mirrored the entire game.

all zelda games take place at different times usually more than 100 years apart, so this might not be the same temple of time or may have been rebuilt since ocarina of time, the only true sequel was phantom hourglass which was a sequel to wind waker

...and Spirit Tracks, which is a sequel to Phantom Hourglass about 100 years later, as well as Zelda 2 The Adventure of Link being a direct sequel to the original Legend of Zelda. My understanding of this new temple of time is that it was supposedly relocated and rebuilt by the gods, and that Twilight Princess supposedly takes places about 100 years after Majora's Mask in Hyrule, but no one really knows for sure.

I read that the Door of Time was moved to the main door of the Temple, for the future Heroes of Time to go to the old Temple of Time in the past. It was moved because Hyrule Castle Town was too damanged when Ganondorf took over.

Majora's Mask takes place almost right after the events of Ocarina of Time, Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons are sequels to eachother, Link's Awakening is the sequel to A Link to the Past and Four Swords Adventures is said to be both a continuation of the Four Sword arc and a precursor to A Link to the Past. Yes Phantom Hourglass took place only a year after wind waker but there are others in the series to be acknowledged as well...
