I think perhaps the Chinese government does not or did not intend that the Tibetan culture be eroded, but gradual erosion of minority culture will happen if the majority is socially progressive and economcally successful.
Nearly all of China's minorities will one day become Hans irrespective of governmental policy.

Most Chinese people have enough sense not to believe the same propaganda nonsense, I think they could see through this veneer when the words are shuffled around to include "Tibet" instead.
A refinement to the lyrics posted earlier. The entire song is a repetition of this:

MrHkguru's version just does not make sense though it is unfortunate that such a beautiful song has to be contaminated with the glorification of a political entity.

The translation is the following:
" Dalai Lama is a freaking liar"
" The hell with him, We only love CCP"
" you want to know the why? the majority tibetans don't have to be their slaves"
"we no longer have the nightmare of our brothers being slaughtered and cut off our heads to made rice bows."
