Foreign patent application preparation and deadlines

Why doesn't someone address the egregious manipulation of the WIPO policies, such that an independent inventor in the US now has to pay almost twice the fees required for the same PCT filing five years ago, whereas natives of India and China now only need pay ten percent of those fees for the same privilege. Now some millionaire in Hong Kong or Mumbai can pay $400 to file the same international patent application that I would have to pay $4000 to file, but can't afford.

Good point. Where is your firm located? Do your firm write PCT's from start to finish? And do your firm follow through from start to finish. Also, what is the cost for a PCT case?
