@FortyforHim : Im Canadian, we do not have problems with our healthcare plan. The problem with the USA's health insurance plan is that it is bombarded with GREEDY insurance companies.

It is very amuzing that people who oppose the healthcare reform are people that should not be allowed to handle sharp objects. They seem capable of harming themselves without even knowing about it. Page 16 does not prevent you from having a private health insurance if you are stupid enough to want one. It is just saying that they must be in the exchange &must follow the new rules so they can't jack up your premium because you had an expensive claim last month. It's meant to protect you, genius!

I wish I wasn't contributing to lining the pockets of these people. We are (as you know) required to have health insurance by our med school, and mine hasn't helped me at all. I'm sure it is a risk management thing, but it feels like I'm paying off the mob for "protection".
