  • Hi my name is Natalia im 23 and im a new transexual. i start my hormones at the end of this month. i have been following you viedos and find you to be very helpfull and want to thank you for allowing us to enter your life and follow you threw your journey into woman hood. i am very enterested in FFS and plan on saving you to it. i have spoken to a docter and he gave me an estament. but i wanted to know how much your surgery cost. to compair prices. i would be very greatfull thank you

  • I really like how opened minded you are I hope you get everything you are wanting to get done you are a very pretty woman.

  • i just want to look softer not totally.weird im hedro but i hate my face .and to rid myself of aging

  • You're beautiful just as you are. A lovely young woman with a marvelous mind. Thank you for this and other thoughtful posts.

  • You look like a girl already to be honest ! But if you gonna feel happier so do it ,but in a very goona place, don´t play cheap with your face!! good luck !

  • good luck on the surgery, although i wont think they'll have much to work with :)

  • Before I read the below comments, I didn't think that you were MTF.

  • I really enjoy your level of femininity. I find it very natural with no exaggeration. You are very beautiful ^^!

  • You are so brave. I think you are really cute how you are.

  • I think it really sucks that it is so expensive for these surgeries... It isn't about vanity, but about being able to walk through life without constant scrutiny (or fear of scrutiny). I think there should be programs to help TS individuals get these surgeries... best of luck to you!

  • wow, your eyes are amazing. they look like they're purple!

  • I would have taken you as a girl. You have femanine eyes and nice skin.

  • Balding is actually a trait that is passed on from the mother's side, that's a little known fact that many men are not aware of. They tend to look at their father's, but they need to look at their mother's. My own grandmother always had long hair past her bottom, and is now losing her hair, so I know my mother carries that trait as do I, so my boys have that trait now.

  • @andreaburnett Not true at all. That's an old wive's tale that's constantly mistaken as fact. The genetics of male pattern baldness weren't understood at all until just a decade ago, when serious research began, mostly to look for cures, medications, etc. The genetics of MPB are extremely complex and it's near impossible to predict the propensity of baldness in males based on the histories of only a few relatives. It cane come from BOTH maternal and paternal lineages

  • Honey, I am going to give you a genetic woman's secret, from me to you. I am only an A cup, rarely wear make up out, and if I can get away with it I wear my hair in a simple pony tail. The women with the makeup and hair done, dressed to the nines are the ones who turn heads and get "looked over" more. Natural doesn't draw attention, and it gives you more room to just be yourself. You are beautiful just as you are, why be a clone of "perfect"? You look and sound perfectly female to me.

  • @andreaburnett Wow...I give you props gurl. you really are comfortable with who you are as a woman, okay with looking like a natural plain jane instead of a shiny cold barbie...I wish other girls thought like you. With all the plastic sugery & fake hair, nails, eyes, teeth, even skin tones what is perfect now days.....

  • @andreaburnett

    What a great answer!

  • I think your totally beautifull already sweetie :)

  • Just a hint, A's are no cleavage, B is okayish cleavage, can wear a push up bra, but for a curvy, feminine look, you definitely want C's. If you decide to have implants, don't let them talk you into C's, because they will settle into D's. They say "some" may experience a larger cup size at settlement, but it's not true. EVERYONE goes through this. So always, a cup size smaller then what you want!

  • lol,i'm a girl and i feel i need most of these surgeries

i think you have a great jaw

  • i think you can totally pass! you look totally female to me :)

  • we are all people a part of the same dna...came from adam and eve...only difference is how we choose to life our lives..who needs anyones approval..regardless of gender, race, body physic, and social sterotyes,or family acceptance..every face these road humps in life regardless of our sexual desires..so as apart of the human species, play nice and be open minded..they could be your aunts uncles, parents, platonic friends,niece,nephews..anyone really..so play nice is the only thing you need to do..lol

  • big love from norway. I wish you were my girlfriend.

  • i really think you're over obsessing.. your face is totally feminine

  • Follow your dream, the points that you want to change is very good. It will make you much more femenin, hope you make a new movie when everything is done,

Succes and Go for it girly

    wilma

  • I don't think you look like you need facial surgery. You look very feminine.

  • You look beutiful as you are however you have to like what you see in the mirror.

In my opinion you do not need any enhancement.

You look lovely even without the make up

  • I think you already looked quite lovely. Beautiful traits and nice face shape. Probably the most noticable would be the hairline, and squarish jaw. The adams apple is hardly apparent and i feel that both your nose and chin are fine however lots of girls wish for a smaller (actually its more of a pointy chin) and less prominent nose. The brow bosing is more noricable from the side, but i couldn't really tell on you. What made you choose chicago? very kind of you to share, merci

  • It seemed to me like Dr. Zukowski was the most competent at the time.

  • before you explained it thought you were a girl wanting to a guy :)

  • I think that you are already very beautiful!

I think that the only thing masculine about your face would be your jaw, but it still isnt that bad, I think your cheeks look fine as they are.

    - Just a FTM, I like learning about MTF's sometimes, so just popping in to watch some videos

good luck (unless you have already done the surgery!)

  • You are a lovely woman. Your face and your manner of speaking is completely feminine. (But you have a deep voice. Otherwise... You're a chick.)

  • You have said everything I feel too

Im going for FFS in Oct I haveing surgery in spain

Best of luck and thank you for your video

  • Your face is most important besides voice because people generally dont run around asking : "hey can i check into your pants , dude!" :D

  • we have the same views

  • are you from israel?

  • Damn, your face was already very feminine before the surgery! Even without makeup!

  • your pretty!!

  • Your very sweet and already very attractive - Thank You for the Video!! Love to take You for a "stroll" on the Las Vegas strip sometime - - - You'd more than pass without the facial adjustment. Linda in Las Vegas ((~.~))

  • Your chin is probably your most manly trait. You do have a fairly strong jawline I'm afraid. Otherwise you look fairly feminine already. Hey, it could be worse. You could have been born looking like Tommy Lee Jones.

  • You don't need it you look very pretty, look at me no ffs.

  • Nice! U r actually a really nice prson............I believe U will doing your best ! Be yourselve . I think there are not much different between u and a real girl..........Like People can't tell the different........U go girl !

  • you are actually a very atractive man and woman!

  • I certainly learn alot from you putting your story out here; Thank you for doing so :-D

I am wishing the best for you in your recovery from surgery.

I had a misunderstanding before listening to you.

I was under the mistaken impression that it was enough for a transgendered person to "pass" as a transgendered person, if you get my meaning. Like, for people to say, "Wow, she's a really pretty transsexual male"

But now I get it. It's not about "looking female" but about "being female"

    Peace to you

  • That should be 'a really pretty transsexual female' not 'male'. We refer to the new gender, not the old one.

  • Well said. And that is why now the general consensus is to use the phrase "trans man" or "trans woman" (and not "transman" or "transwoman"). This is to differentiate the fact that the word "trans" is nothing more than an adjective...you are either a "man" or a "woman" - period.

  • "Lucifer is the devil" then, as we refer to the new status, not the old one :)

  • i think you're pretty already

  • In my opinion, you like ~fine~ now.

    Update on how it goes.

  • girl!! u are so real.. and i hope u can makes real all ypur dreams!! ... Emilia

  • FFS is to damn expensive in the States

  • what causes female balding? my dads pretty bald, i notice my hairs seems to be further apart from each other. i'm only 23. can i do something about it before it gets bald?

  • Try googling "female balding" and find out.

  • @TrannyGirl15 wow i've watched u all in one day from this video up until your most recent, and let me say thank you for your honesty, courage and allowing us into your life. I'm going in for my ffs surgery as well on feb. 7, 2011. ive been trans for a couples yrs full time since about 05. but you allowed me to watch u begin ur learning process and a female and im grateful.

  • @TrannyGirl15 That Errin is amazing and the relationship you to have is perfect. good luck with that phd and you did the right thing by next letting your dad continue you pay which is why your so blessed.

  • my sister has a prominent adams apple

  • yeah its actually not so unusual for females

  • I'm a 6-foot tall bio woman with a prominent Adam's Apple.

  • You look great now, really! But more power to you and best of luck, look forward to seeing the results.

  • oh & there is a way to create the illusion of cleavage too with makeup, if you want help i can send you youtube channels that tutor you on makeup, I know quite a few really good ones!

  • Hi there..

    where did you have FFS?

  • Haven't had it yet.

  • is there anything like facial masculisation..cos I am a guy and asian..got a cute face...want to add some rough and sharpness on my face

  • Possibly, talk to a good facial surgeon.

  • yes there are some surgeons who offer it

  • I thought you already got the surgery! Your face looks very feminine already.

  • i like the face you make:

    =3

for the full second before you realized it was recording haha.

    very cute :D

  • You look great! You remind me of Darryl Hannah.

  • oh shit! good comparison, i can't believe i didn't catch that.

  • gosh, then u gonna look like some model with those high cheek bońes! so wanna see the result!

  • "I just need a little nip and tuck". That's what Joan Rivers said! lol.

  • Having just gotten facial feminization surgery (Dr. Joel Beck - San Mateo, CA), including brow contour, cheek implants, lip lift, brow lift and rhinoplasy, I can say that you don't need a nose job. You could have your jaw contured. I had a consultation with Dr. Ousterhout...It was a 50k quote. I went with Dr. Beck because he seemed more interested in the result, and was bunches cheaper.

  • You are already very pretty...u have a classic beauty

  • instead of 'implants' try fat transfer for 'rounded cheeks and fuller lips' it is natural as much as plastic surgery can be and there is less likely hood of negative impacts due to it being your own body resource

  • Gee...I am M2F and if I had FFS and I ended up looking like you do now, I'd be very happy indeed !!!

  • I can't even tell your a male, you look very pretty =)

  • dear lady ,you look simply gorgeous if you could come to my paradise in honduras i would give you night "serenatas" in my culture you give serenatas just to centerfold magazine beautyful girls.

mamacita rica would everyone tell you here.a kiss bie.

  • I thought this video was post-operation until you said something.

  • Honestly, if I hadn't seen the subject matter I would have thought you were a girl.

  • Your gorgeous very female I can't tell your trans.

  • i think you look fine the way you are,i know natural women who look more manly

  • He completes this as a total conversion then once it is all done he then misses his old body then change sback to man when he turns 70 years old.

  • Hey, not a bad idea. Who wants to be an old woman? I can just do it all over again when I'm 70!

  • I'm really impressed, you're so f... beautiful without FFS. I hope some day can make the FFS, although actually I live with my parents and they don't know what I want. Finally I just want to say congratulations you're so cute. Btw excuse me by my english, I'm learning yet. Greetings from Costa Rica.

  • Hey , I must say your very informative and I applaud your time putting this video together . A tip id like to suggest is before you consider consultations with FFS surgeons allow yourself a total of 2 yrs HRT then get virtual ffs pictures done of yourself at that stage it might be worth it because you can see if you'd be satisfied with how you'd look post operation and basically show it to the surgeon of your choice . I was considered ousterhout but I think that his pricing a tad bit steep !

  • Girl U dont have to do anything with your face, U look great !!!

  • Personally I think you don't really need facial surgery. Your face is already very feminine and graceful. Plus, I like your cheeks!

  • uhm.. I totally agree with your idea; especially, in term of how important of feminization. and thank you for all the information you put including the little things which could be indicated either to be a male or a female. I have added you as a friend and hope to talk to you some time :)

  • you are very pretty already, and inteligent and cute. I´m sure you will look perfect every day more, good luck

    have a nci eday

    M

  • You are pathetic... And according to your profile, you're into transgender people. You're some kind of jealous idiot.

  • good for you TrannyGril15!

people that actually take time out of their day just do insult people are pathetic.

That shows you have alot of confidence :)

    Keep it up :)

  • crexirklev: shame on you. shame, shame, shame on you.

  • honestly you have a great face. i couldnt tell at all. you are very beautiful.

  • PLease DON'T DO THE FFS,because u look like a young cute virgin girl right now..I'm sure u "pass" everywhere, and that's fabulous!!..look at all those ts that have had the ffs..they look like kinda zombies..waagh...

  • How long have you been on HRT ? Yes I absolutely agree with you. Passing is extremely important. FFS should be a requirement before the SRS for those who do not pass very well. I'm one of them. I have the money the letters to have my SRS done right now but no way until I am 100% passable. I'm tired of the looks and stare I get everyday for the last 30 years. One of my consultation with a surgeon where he used a high end photoshop software to give me an approximation and it did not look good.

  • I've been on since may, and before that for an entire year. HRT can't really help me. It will give you rounder cheeks, but it can't unmasculinize your bone structure.

  • I absolutely agree with you. I've been on HRT for 2 months now and although I see the difference, the bone structure will not be altered and my face still has clear male features. Therefore, I consider FFS to be the only valid option to remove any allusion to a male past. However, here in Europe, especially in Germany, there seems to be no awareness about this in the TS community! I wish you would publish your video in German to convince the others. ;-)

  • good luck girl!

  • You did your research you sound like you know what you want hope all goes well!

  • I think you look very pretty and feminine already. :)

But I think you should do what makes you happy.

  • hi honey you already look very good but i have to say, i had the face feminisation in august and its chn age my life, the brow bone shave made me g from not passing to passing in ten days goodluck

  • I only think you need the bottom done not the top just your chin and your jaw only if you really want it , but you are already pretty and femenine

  • this is one of the first video's of yours I've watched. my mother played another one to me , and i was shocked by how pretty you look.you look like a girl if you had titled this video going to the mall or something non descript i would have had no idea you were transgendered. if you do decide to go forward with the ffs I'm sure you will look even more gorgeous. good luck

  • "Pass to everyone all the time" Im sorry but now matter what you do someone will know you were or are a man. If its not the hands its the legs,or adams apple or something.

  • I don't think any of those 3 are a real issue in my case... But you should know the adams apple can be surgically flattened as well... Passing ~100% is not impossible nowadays.

  • First of all, people are not going to notice the hands like they will notice the face!! Sure you may not be able to change the size of the hands or feet very easily but I know many many women with really big feet and long fingers. I don't see the argument there. Whatever the case, as long as you are willing to spend the money or give enough time and effort hormone therapy and surgery can erase any sign of masculinity. It is simple mathematics: angles, measurements, proportions, etc.

  • if im confident with one thing that is having an eye for beauty....looking at you in my honest opinion you dont need FFS believe me you look feminine already!!! all you need is to lighten your hair and brows a bit and a better harstyle and throw the glasses away....save the money for the boobies and srs....just my 2 cents...goodluck.

  • I am glad you are planning on a month to recover. I had jaw surgery a few years ago to correct my bite. I was in the hospital for 5 days and in bed at home for 3 weeks. It was only after a month that I could go out and start to do simple things, like take a short walk, or go to a movie. Make sure you have family/friends that can help you after the surgery. I wish I had talked to people who had the same procedure done. I didn't and my doctor played down the recovery and risks:(

  • Your face is all kissy at the beginning XD

  • I have a question about the prices:

    I want to get:

    - Browbone shave

    - Brow lift

    - Traecha shave

None of the surgeon's sites (except for one in Thailand) list the price of their procedures for some reason. I need help determining the prices of those procedures so I know how much money I need to save up.

  • Get a consultation, either in person or by phone, and get an estimate from the surgeon himself. I would also advise you let them make suggestions as to what you actually should get.

  • In USA your going to have to pay upwards of 30,000

  • That really depends on who you see and what you want to get done.

  • I have a question for you. What if ffs was not available to you or it was some years in the past. What would you do? Not being able to being accepted by the 5 percent how would you deal with that. Would you still be in girl mode or would you revert to living as a man?

I have some issues too that I would like to ask you. Can someone with male pattern baldness have ffs?

  • You can get hair transplants to fix your baldness to some degree, and yes, even if you were completely bald, you could still get FFS... But you might want to wear a wig.

As for your first question, I don't know. The idea that I can get FFS certainly makes transition seem more realistic. It means I should be able to reach my ideal of passing 100%.

  • It's normal to lose some number of hairs every day... And please don't call african-americans "negros"!

  • As far as your hair goes, the DHT blocker medication may prevent hair loss for you. Finasteride, another DHT blocker, is commonly prescribed to men to prevent hair loss.

  • As I said, anti-androgens prevent hair loss. DHT is created from testosterone, hence, if you reduce testosterone, you reduce DHT, much more than a DHT blocker like Finasteride could.

However, this is still insufficient. It won't make me regrow the hair I already lost. The solution is again, transplants.

  • I think you are very nice girl already. I realy like your face. But it's your choice. I cross my fingers :-).

  • I agree. You are already beautiful. Girls come with all sorts of faces. Some natural girls even look more boyish then you do. But I guess whatever makes you more comfortable with yourself is best for you. Best of luck!

  • Unless you go to Dr Outerhout, Dr suporn or other Dr that does "real bone work" it will be very subtle. I have never heard of the Dr you mentioned, but here in the states their are Dr's like Dr Zuckowski and Dr Spiegel that will charge less but waste your money, and give you just very subtle results. Good luck!

  • That is true your iface is the first thng they see but please work on your voice I dont think their is any surgery for that

  • There is vocal cord surgery, but it's risky... You can end up mute, so I don't intend to do that.

  • I think you look stunning...period. BUT, I think being happy yourself is the most important thing. A lot of people from ALL genders....born, or not...opt for cosmetic surgery. You do what makes YOU happy babe....just make sure to check FULLY the surgeon you go for if you do. x

  • Natural as possible I think would look the best if you don't mind me saying..I think you have such a natural beautiful already I would hope you wouldn't changed too much..Best of luck to you..:)

  • If you look at FFS photos, they never change too much. You just end up looking like your own twin sister, basically.

  • so as I meant to say, I would be nervous about getting something done to my face or body but I do wish you the best and look forward to watching your transformation..:)

  • Hello hun! I think you should consider even with all the surgeries, ppl will still be able to recognize at certain point you are trans. Being so concerned about pass makes you vulnerable at all times. Yourr happiness will depend on what they see instead of what you really feel about you. There are so many girls who live happy and they are not precisely perfect bodies. This is my perception about you.

  • Hey, I have the right to want to look like a supermodel ;)

  • Yeah! me too...I want to look like a super model Merry Christmas! And well you do look fantastic! You already could be a model...look at you in the latest videos...I just want to tell you that your videos encouraged me to come out and start planning my transition...something I postponed or tried to ignore for years. You deserve the best always! I would like to see you very happy! lots of hugs from mexico.

  • Hi TG15. Just wanted to comment that I totally relate to everything you said about why you want to have FFS before breast implants or SRS.

Also I wanted to recommend to anyone thinking about FFS to join the Yahoo Group "ffs-support", as you can find a lot of 1st-hand accounts from patients of different FFS doctors there, and you can get a good idea of the complications that you risk with each type of procedure.

  • I don't think you need surgery. You beautiful enough already.

P.s: I think the legs and arms (muscles) are more important.

  • Legs and arm muscles? Um no. People notice your face alot more. Plus the hormones will tone down your muscles over time, so you get girly muscles "for free".

  • Make sure to look into Dr. Zukowski in Chicago and Dr. Spiegel in Boston. You can hear interviews with these two doctors and Dr. O on an iTunes podcast called srs-online.

  • whoaaa

i mean, before you get these surgeries (i'm all for them), please work on ur voice first

  • Uh huh. My voice hasn't been a giveaway so far. I've talked to people for a fair bit of time and they thought I was female all along. The face, on the other hand, can give it away before you could even open your mouth.

  • sweetie, once you're wearing makeup i think you're very passable, even without makeup you're not aht bad.

i'm sure the voice works in some situations, but i think you still sound male no offense

  • I think she has a very natural vioce, of course it´s deep, but it means a strong personality, not a male sound! Take a look on deep voiced women and pay attention to their personalities, you´ll find the´re strong and secure women!

  • I know a lot of singers who have very deep speaking voices. the only giveaway to a male vs female voice, is the tone quality when singing. female vocal chords are built differently. but that really isnt an issue unless you plan on persuing musical theatre ;)

  • i agree. Look at the late Bea Arthur, the Legendary actress. May she rest in peace.

  • Can everyone stop judging? Why are you telling her she sounds male? She can hear herself and doesn't need anyone to point things out. Grishno made a really good video on the impact of people in our community constantly judging.

    ~Jamie

  • You are an idiot, her voice is very pleasent and cute, there are many women who don't have a really high squeaky voice (and besides that's really annoying when they do) My aunt is not a transsexual and has a very deep voice and no one ever doubts she is a woman. The face is the most importnat thing, FFS is going to be first for me and then later on some boobs and SRS but the voice is not very importnat to me at all. You're just jealous.

  • I agree her voice is very feminine to me..Lots of girls have deeper voices and they can sound very nice..

  • be careful, you have a nice face and surgery is a risky thing

  • Life is a risky thing.

  • i think surgery is a good thing to do, i would like to get some things as well

  • Why don't you get hair transplants where they take hair from the back of your head and move it to the front? Usually men get this procedure, but I've seen women who've gotten it as well. They have AMAZING results. You have a beautiful profile, by the way. And don't nit-pick your faults. You're a beautiful girl. :D

  • I mentioned hair transplants in the video, and yes, I would like to get some, will depend on the price though!

  • As always, you make interesting videos, thanks.

In my opinion passing = peace of mind (at least in that regard).

Questions (you can answer them in a personal way or more generic, doesn't matter):

    - do you go for a generic look or do you model on female family members?

    - There is some regrowth of hair that was lost to balding isn't there?

    - How do you set priorities, particularly if you are on a budget? Jaw work before brow work, skip the cheek implants for instance or what?

  • 1. I'll discuss with the surgeon and go for what seems most likely to give me a feminine appearance. Usually the changes are minor, I will still be recognizable, no matter what.

    2. There can be regrowth, but its usually very minor, you can't count on your hairline becoming feminine.

    3. I'll set priorities based on what the surgeon thinks. He has experience with this and will be able to tell me what will make the most difference and what would look good/bad on me.
