  • he's right about you stalling at the top of the pull. if you pause right after that hip punch, you can see that your still floating at the top position. you could get under the bar faster if you pulled yourself under immediately after that hip punch, and any remaining pull after it is wasted time. just my 2 cents. great power and speed though
