I think you're right theimacman, the commercial video clips are shopped, but the plane can be flown well if : 1) there is no wind. 2) you do a simple mod to the plane.
Guys if you want to get into this hobby then get the super cub lp from hobbyzone. Air hogs are ok but if ur over 10 years old then get the super cub lp it lasts longer and flys way faster higher and better. My bro had the air hogs swich blade AND IT DID NOT FLY AT ALL!!!!! after that he got the air hogs a10 warthog and the motors were so weak that it could not stay in the air for more then 20 feet. It could not fly at all he was so sad that it did not work.
To be fair, this is not very representative of the actual vehicle. The video it takes is *nowhere* near as good as what's shown in this ad, and the turn the plane makes at 0:23 (leaning to the right, turning to the left) is physically impossible with this plane.
it's not that soomth when you tape the video THERE WAS SNOW WHEN I GOT IT :P
