As for scientists measuring the distance of stars triangulation and using the brightness and spectrums of stars is used. It can't give us an exact distance but it can give us an accurate estimation and trust me the furthest object we can see is much further than 6000light years away, I mean comon you must have some logic to figure out what that means for a 6000 yearold universe theory.

People should be outraged because their tax dollars are going toward lies in the text books, and making our children dumb. Are you saying that you have to believe in evolution to be a doctor? There are many doctors that believe in God. Science is used to support creation. Quit with the whole "Scinece VS God" thing. Creationists use science. I personally believe science was invented by God to make evolution look stupid. Evolution is based on studying what we observe and find and done so, by qualified, educated, intellectuals. Creationism is based upon a book that was written when people thought the Earth was flat and there were only 4 elements! We can show demonstrate both of these to be false with modern day technology. However evolution happens over millions of years, so yes it impossible to demonstrate it in simple terms.

I don't think I have the time to post a text books worth of information on youtube, but feel free to study creationism. There is lots of stuff on the internet. I take time to study both sides, and you took time to study one side. If you know how to use the internet, you can learn on your own.

I don't need to learn I already know. There is nothing to study that I haven't already come across, as creationism is not based on evidence at all, so there isn't much to study really apart from a ridicules idea. This is why science suggests Evolution as the must plausible theory (and fact in my opinion and many others). Science looks at the observable world and gathers evidence and facts. From this we can draw conclusions and devise theories.

If the evidence pointed towards creationism, then that would be the theory we would go with. However this isnt what the evidence suggests! Science is not out with the purpose to prove you wrong. Science is out to study the world and try to understand it with the resources we have, in order to obtain the correct answers. Science is not about trying to prove a theory right just because we want it to be right! If evidence comes up to disprove a theory then we must rethink the theory.

Some think that we know better and some think that we are heading way off course when we teach this stuff and should have kept teaching what we always have been teaching before 1963. It depends on who you are I guess. It might even have to do with what a person wants to believe and not not always having to do with actual facts

If you don't understand evolution you won't understand how bacterial drug resistance works. Why? Because that is an observed evolution. You wouldn't understand how genetic disease works either...

I think studying bacteria is great. I just think studying their offspring and calling it evolution and bluntly saying that it is evolution is wrong. Using the time, resources, and money to study these things is great. Just quit saying that their offspring proves that we evolved millions of years ago.

If evolution did not exist, bacteria would not evolve, and then we would have cured every bacterial disease on the planet. However they do evolve, we observe it all the time. We know HOW they evolve as well.

Evolution is critical in understanding epidemiology, embryology, and many other medical fields.

In fact medical schools recommend taking ecology as a second biology prerequisite

I have been trying to tell these evolutionists so many times. If a bacteria made an offspring of something other than another bacteria than that is the evolution you are trying to get across. Other than that you are just going along with the every day creationist by saying they bring forth their own kind. Let me know when you see a bacteria produce something other than a bacteria. Otherwise you have nothing yet still. I totally agree that bacteria can change. Peoples offspring also change.
