How to Fix Hair Problems : Stopping Hair Breakage

I feel stupid watching this due to the fact I had hair breakage for one year now, and I didn't even know what it's called.

hi, i was n chemo for 5 years and where i lost in the front wont come back in .why with being off chemo it don't want to grow? I tried a lot of products .what is ur advice?

that protein shit dried the fuck out of my hair every time i try it............moisture is all that works for me .....with protein products i cant even get a f$ckin pik through it ..your hair needs oil not protein...

I like to use Dove Intense Damage Therapy shampoo and conditioner for breakage myself. In about a month of using it I was able to grow about an inch of hair at the edge of my hairline that before hand would only grow to about 1/8 of an inch before hand before breaking :) More of a comment to vid watchers rather then vid maker lol

No I use Dove intense damge theray shampoo and dove heat defy shampoo and conditioner this will help protect against heat products and the intsens damage one will help what breakage i already have. Hope it helps!

How do you know what a protein shampoo or conditioner is?

Anything that has the words "fortifying" or "Reconstructive" in the description. Some of the ones I love are Redken Extreme, Biolage Fortifying line, and Joico Reconstructive line.
