I was among the blessed ones whom were fortunate enough to gain admission into this historic rally to help President Barack Obama win the caucus for Washington State. His message led to tears and cheers and it was such a beautiful sight to behold of Martin Luther King's dream becoming a reality. I was amazed to see people of all color, greed, ethnicity and economic backgrounds standing together for change. And change occurred on 11/4/2008. GOD BLESS AMERICA...
What a great double whammy. Obama's record turnout means that the places he goes to give speeches are frequently crowded beyond capacity. This in itself is a triumph.
Obama's genius shows when he follows up, going outside to show his appreciation to those who came to hear him speak but couldn't get in. Excellent way to secure their votes and excellent way to show he cares. This is the kind of judgement a great leader possesses.
I decided not to go because I assumed it would be completely overcrowded. I so wish I had gone anyway. I had no idea he was going to come outside to speak. I have such a good feeling about this man.
I was one of the 3,000 that sat outside because I was late to get to the Obama ralley. Even though I didn't get in it was amazing just to see the amount of people that care about this election. When I got to the arena the line started at about memorial stadium, and I soon found out that 21,000 filled the arena. Sadly I did stand outside thinking more would be let in, but we couldn't stay long and had to leave before his speach. Thanks for posting this video and I can't wait so see Obama again.
Obama Supports: Now is the time. It is imperative that this campaign hit the gas and race towards a nomination by delegates and _not_ a brokered convention. That means that we must accelerate through these next primaries and caucuses. Please contact the people you know in those states (search on caucus calendar), sharing both this video and Senator Obama's website, which backs his "unspecific" "government by the people" approach. Obama is the only Democratic candidates my Repub friends consider.
I was among those 3,000+ stuck outside. I had taken the day off work and was just crushed not to be able to get in. So what a surprise when he actually came out and addressed us! It was so thoughtful.
And I'm thrilled that today in Washington state we gave him 68% of the caucus delegates. Washington, yes we can and yes we did.
I understand people who feel he's lacking in substance. On the campaign trail and in speeches it is a lot of platitudes, generalities, and rah rah rah! But understand that is just STRATEGY for winning, as determined by his campaign. His website outlines all his positions on all the issues, with more substance and clear-headed reason than any of the other candidates. He's exciting BECAUSE he can actually back up the "soaring rhetoric" with with actual solutions, plans, and vision.

Obama keep talking about "change" if he's elected. In restrospective, my experience working for the world's biggest company, upgrading a PC operating system would take years to implement. But this is the much more complex U.S.A. With Obama, I just hear platitudes. Inspiring rhetoric, yes, but not a lot of substance. Remember George Bush?! " This time I want a hands-on president who won't have to or be inclined to pass off the real decision-making to subordinates. Hillary is the way to go.
Obama is such cool! Only he would come out and acknowledge all these people that couldn't get in. I know there's no thing as an honest politician who cares about people, but he's closest we will ever get, and we should really elect him. We'd be lucky to have him as a president
He really knows how to get people excited. 18,000 people were standing and cheering for the entirety of his speech at the Key today - I completely missed the first 20 minutes of the speech because I wasn't able to hear him over the crowd.
Thats so cool. I was inside, actually. We got there at around 10:30. I didn't know that he spoke to everyone who couldn't get in. Wow. Thanks for posting this!
Thanks for posting. I tried to get in too and was in the back of this crowd. It was exciting, and I've been on the fence for a while, not as wowed by Obama as many and definitely will never vote for Clinton. I'm caucusing tomorrow for Obama and I think I'm starting to be won over. Nice job on the video and on your About This Video.
