pfffff, you think this is bad, try dislocating your knee... And if you think thats bad try tearing a ligament... And if you think THATS bad, try breaking your leg... Hyperextending your knee is wayyyyy less painfull than any of the others. ( and yess I have dislocated my knee , tore my ACL, and broke my Tibula playing football...) trust me, hyperextentions is the very least you have to worry about.

@mikeyyg123 right! i hyperextended both my knees on a short landing in gymnastics and i seriously thought it was the most painful thing! I felt like crying and screaming but my coaches are like "come on hurry up!" cuz they didn't see what happened which sucks because they don't know how much i can't walk! I tried to walk it off but i fell over and started to cry a little and my knees swelled up so bad and they still do hurt and swell 5 years later!
