The colts have some of the best management in the entire NFL. A lot of people would argue that they have the absolute best. Also, the Bears GM has nothing to do with it, When your franchise quarterback and running back get no team can win. The bears have always tried to build their receiving core the old fashioned way by developing draft picks. You don't call trading for Jay Cutler one year and then signing Julius Peppers the next year aggressive? I'm a bears fan too and that's disrespectful.

@GoonyzTakinFlight They drafted Paea and Henry Melton, both DTs with very solid futures. Also, their receiving core is developing, Bennet, Knox, Hester, Williams is a solid core. I admit there is not one great guy but those are 4 respectable receivers. I would rather have 4 good ones than 1 great and the rest shitty. The Bears would easily be in the playoffs if Cutler and Forte didn't get hurt. Bears have good management and nothing should be done about their GM or Lovie Smith.

The Bears signed the best free agent available 2 years ago and made a blockbuster trade for a franchise QB. Had Cutler and Forte not gotten hurt, or even if Marion Barber didn't run out of bounds, you would probably make the playoffs this year. It's not the GM's fault his 2 best offensive players got injured. I say the Bears just draft Michael Floyd in the draft and go from there.
