Rockefeller, Rothschild, Morgan, and Chomsky are bros. He never looks into the CIA never acknowledges leaked documents and policies they enact. Openly support UN policies that APPEAR to be for third-world countries but do more harm then good. Openly supports a one-world government. Shit, Left gatekeeper magazines, which heroify Chomsky, are funded by The Rockefeller foundation. The left and the right are false paradigms controlled by the same people, even Chomsky says this but misdirects it.
He never questions the CIA? How many times does he mention Iran-Contra in his books? He criticizes the CIA all the time. He advocates socialist policies- the opposite of what Rockefeller, Rothschild, and Morgan want.
Chomsky condemns the UN on a regular basis. He would want the UN to work to condemn criminal actions by states against other states. Is this really the "One world government" you fear?
He is called anti-semetic for revealing Israel's war crimes, not pro-Israel.
Your video makes no sense. You seem to claim to know why Chomsky omitted some things. How do you know that? Do you have beer with him? Milosevic was in charge of a country that played a major part of a really messed up conflict. The fact that he gave a speech and that he was democratically elected doesn't make Chomsky's description of him wrong.
@martindj88 Furthermore, your/Simonovic's implication is dishonest at the least. How can he (or anyone) claim to know why he suggested such and such a resolution? He gave one which he believes is the best, given the situation. It might be that USA would profit from that, it might be that it would not. Whichever the case, it does not imply that Chomsky suggested it because of that.
@martindj88 you make no sense.Again if you could give specifics with proof of crimes he committed .If you can you should have gone to the hague because they couldnt. You do exactly what chomsky is being accused of.You assert things that arent proven .Maybe you can explain why milosevic was on trial trial for 5 yrs without a verdict.Seselj has been in jail for 9 yrs without a verdict and evrytime he's to be released they charge him with contempt of court.
@dragszes I did not say that he broke some specific law, although it's very likely that he did. He's far from a nice guy, that's all Chomsky said. The context couldn't be more clear.
@martindj88 " very likely that he did".you idiots are priceless .So thats how law works now ,go to jail for something you likely did.The point of the video is that chomsky speaks out of both sides of his mouth.
@dragszes "So thats how law works now, go to jail for something you likely did."
Don't put words in my mouth. I didn't say anything about how law works or how it should work. Chomsky said that Milosevic did terrible things, that's it. You seem to think that war, sanctions and poverty are excellent.
We all remember his generals patting village children on the head reassuring them their safety before slaughting them after the cameras left. Just because he ranted about unity doesn't mean he really meant it. At least he's burning in hell as we speak.
@hidepuller2008 wow you are delusional. When I put "very likely that he did"that means its in quotation marks because thats what martind88 said you idiot. As for your take on the war cuckoo. So now you know what milosevic really meant .When milosevic was "pretending" to speak for peace, tudjman and izetbegovic were pushing for war.So i think I'll stay on the side of the guy who was "pretending " to speak for unity.
@ScuzzylilAmeriWhore Typical conspiracy theorist, angry, hopeless and agressive. Compltely incapable of arguing a point and flies off the handle (because he's so frustrated with his sad, useless, aimless life). So...erm...stick to taking meds, you schmuck! HAHAHAHA!
A cheaper and easier, maybe even more effective way of distorting the views of individuals would be for the CIA to set up YouTube accounts with videos claiming that well regarded members of oppositional figures were, in fact double agents.
This is dumb. They're attacking Chomsky because Chomsky didn't call milosevic a saint? Shit please attack NATO the true enemies of Serbia who attacked and dismembered serbia not Chomsky who points out facts and never did anything to Serbia
Everybody who doesn't focus on or believe in conspiracy theories must be part of them?! What kind of fucking logic is that? Put the meth pipe down, son.
im afraid those that believe this nonsense really are the loons....who dont seem to recognise that its really all about their elaborate victimisation.
I don't know/care if Chomsky is CIA. Well, no the CIA thing would matter with some real links but Chomsky has knots in his brain. He shills, whether through ignorance, or acquaintences or other authority; happy to leave him alone.
Chomsky never 'denied' the JFK assasination, or that 911 was an inside job - just that who assasinated him is irrelevant and that the idea of 911 being an inside job was extremely unlikely. He also said that malosovic commited "many crimes"
Just because you disagree with him on Kosovo doesn't mean everything he says is a lie, unlike Alex Jones he is not a fear mongering maniac. All of you who think that he is a CIA puppet because he "Never denied Israel the right to exists" are pretty silly, and just like I wouldn't deny you the right to exist I would have to say that he never said 911 was not an inside job but that it was a laughable thing, government wouldn't risk involvement and exposure, hence why Al-Qaeda is there.
What makes him a shill is that he denied the JFK assassination was carried out by the US government.
Denies 9-11 is an inside job claiming that hard proof of the USG's hand in it "the evidence produced in my opinion is essentially worthless" dismissing hard facts.
Morover, he added about 9-11 inside job that "even if it were true, who cares, doesn't have any significance" this speaks volumes a Reichstag Fire like incident that sends America into a police state
@ScuzzylilAmeriWhore i just watched that video of him saying "who cares'' about investigating 9-11 and JFK's murder...he does the same exact thing that he does here...First says one thing, to make you think he is addressing some issue, then herds you back to the flock
@600percentjesus In order to be taken seriously and influence a large amount of the public he cannot go too far into conspiracy theories. Otherwise he would end being the next Alex Jones.
@AndroidPolitician US gov didnt kill JFK. JFK was fckn gov. Execution was organized by people who run FedRes, due to JFK's intention to stop issuing fiat curency and get dollar back to gold std. All other theories like war on mafia or military complex about Vietnam have glass legs.
That conspiracy is dumb because the so called executive order JFK issued had nothing to do with "fiat currency" it had something to do about authorizing the Fed to issue more coins and was extremely technical.
This is kind of like the myth that JFK wanted to get out Vietnam which were based on pre-conditions that never happened and is what keeps conspiracy ignoring institutions.
@AndroidPolitician Well, its very strange for me that people can so blindly and so firmly believe everything what is told to them, its phenomenon known in psihology as line of least resistance but for me its just unacceptable. About Ron Paul, cant really discuss about his work or his plans, becouse he never was subject of my interest.
But assassionation of JFK is something that attracts my close attention for 20 years now. Do you really think Lee Harvey Oswald do it ?
My point is conspiracies are the opposite of institutional analysis because in conspiracies things happen because of secret coalitions of people and not institutions.
Take a second to look up Occam's razor and then think about JFK assassination conspiracies.
Oswald was cia. Look it up you can see the declassified document for yourself. Occam's razor is a two dimensional & linear idea that falls apart when applied to human psychology. The accompanying cliche to "Occam's razor" is "ignorance is bliss", no need to go further. This conclusion is achieved when individuals are "given" information, and their reality is constructed around it. Conclusions are therefore determined by a hierarchy and accepted in the mainstream, etc.
Like do you really think if Ron Paul was president and tried to end America's overseas empire he would do it without the congress overriding him or calling for his impeachment?
What matters is what's in the state's interest, if a CEO suddenly decided to give all the profits to charity then he would be immediately overruled just like a noble President.
@ohnoemynameistaken I hate when people talk about "Israels right to exist" No nation has an inherent right to exist. It is a stupid worthless question. It simply does exist and that is all there is to it.
Although i do think that many in the government were not involved in 9/11, just know one thing. If you watch the news carefully you'll occaisonally come acrossed a story that will involve a terror plot. Usually it involves an FBI agent entrapping said terrorist. They seek out people who hate the US and motivate them to do something. Let's say that one time the FBI agent just decides to look the other way. They wouldn't be risking exposure would they?
oh go.................what a matrix we live in of a society. I used to think this guy was smart as hell. The fact is he is pretty smart, it's just that he secretly backs the new world order. Whatever anybody does to fight these assholes in the future make CERTAIN they do NOT censor our internet, and don't think just because they've begun to do it that we can't still take it back. Don't let them demoralize you we have the power to put these criminals in there rightful place, PRISON.

@icfnord He does in his books. In Hegemony or Survival he clearly states that the violence carried out by the KLA is NATO's fault, and most likely a consequence they anticipated. I have to admit I'm not entirely sure what this video is claiming, but as someone who's actually read Chomsky I can promise you that by saying Milosevic is a violent leader Chomsky is not justifying NATO's actions. He said similiar things about Saddam Hussein while taking a hardline position of non-invasion of Iraq.
Perhaps you should read a lot more than what the mainstream media wants you to read. Any war involving the US (directly or indirectly) is bound to have entrenched within it, the aid of the mainstream media. You are obviously refusing to accept this. It seems that you are one of the people who have been exploited by the mass media. Perhaps you should take a look at Chomsky's manufacturing consent. . . as John Milton stated "They who have put out the people’s eyes reproach them of their blindness”
@ftballfrk Typical conspiracy argument. Everything that could be something else, is. The reality is that at the end of the day there is no practical motivation for United States and the world to make Serbia into villans. But then again i wouldn't be surprised if you came up with another elaborate theory to back that up. I remember you said something about the Albanian mafia being involved lol.
@kenzo4000 you should perhaps back up your claims with hard evidence. Numbers don't mean much without solid proof. As for the US having no practical motivation, you're probably right. In 1999 they needlessly killed Serbian Civilians and funded the war against the serbians in Kosovo. But why then the fabrication of footage, is it necessary. Why not condemn Karadzic, Mladic and Oric as war criminals, if indeed they needed to step in and stop the killing of innocent civilians.
@ftballfrk Like i said before, because the world did not care. Only upon such an incident as Srebrenica with all of the world media, did US and the rest of the nations have to finally step in. Britain ignored it throughout the whole four years. The French had no problems against muslims being massacred.
@kenzo4000 you mean the world did not care up until the part where the muslims started yelling "genocide, murder, rape", the perfect situation for the US to jump in and help. Of course the US would jump in and help the Islamic fundamentalists, who they subsequently work with up until this day. NATO has no cause for existence, there is no use for it, but the US always find a use and further propel their political prospects.
@ftballfrk They were crying genocide the whole time. While people were getting shot by Serbian snipers in Sarajevo they pleaded for the world to hear them. Sadly it took four years for that to happen.
@ftballfrk funded the war against the Serbians lol. That is one of the funniest things i have heard yet. Yeah the people in Kosovo were a real threat.
The Republic of Serbia in Bosnia is a perfect example of the ethnic cleansing. The area before the war generally had an even ratio of Serbs and Bosnians. By the end of the war the entire area became almost completly Serbian. This is because they threw out and killed the former residents in the area.
Stick to watching Australian television and don't talk about things you have no clue about.
@kenzo4000 Because farming is land-intensive, in 1991 the Serbian population owned about 2/3 of the land in Bosnia - that is, they owned the land they lived on and farmed. Bosnian Serb farmers were important food producers for Yugoslavia and other European countries. This is a fact. During the war however, it was viewed differently, "During the first two years of the war, Serb forces took about two-thirds of Bosnia-Herzegovina, with the Muslim-led government controlling the remainder."
@kenzo4000 no i'm saying that most of the Bosnian Serbs were farmers, and the muslims lived in the cities. THerefore, since farming is so land intensive, they occupied 2/3 of Bosnia.
@ftballfrk No evidence of this claim. Yes there were many Serbians living within Bosnia, and i'm sure many of them were farmers. But making the claim that it was 2/3 of the land without any actual evidence is just plain dumb.
@kenzo4000 again, rewording in order to shine a different and intended light upon the serbs. You should perhaps look at the ethnic cleansing of Krajina, inflicted upon the Serbs by Croats, which dwarfs the "ethnic cleansing" in Srebrenica. Of course you haven't heard of it in as much detail, but that's to be expected, with the propaganda surrounding Srebrenica turning the attention away. I obviously know a little bit more than you do, i have sources to back up some of my statements
@ftballfrk If you want to talk about the whole war then you should have just said so. So far all official documents dealing with ethnic cleansing prove that Serbians by far commited the majority of the war crimes. Like i said 93% of convicted war criminals were Serbians. Look up that statistic yourself if you do not believe me.
Sarajevo i think was the best example of this attrocity commited against the Muslims. The town was surrounded by snipers. People had to run to get water out of the city well so they could survive. I find it disguisting that you would dispute this based on youtube evidence and single account to try and prove your ignorant point. I was in the war, many of my family member died. I had relative and friends in the areas that were eventually taken over by Serbs.
@kenzo4000 just show me some hard proof that all the killings at Sarajevo of innocent vilians were in fact that of Serbian soldiers, and none of Muslims. The muslims after all, had to gain political favour, it would make sense therefore that they also would have killed civilians to gain political favour with the US. The papers would of course report of Serbians carrying out the slaughter, but that is why the western media is so dangerous, it has the power to manipulate and blind many people
Ftballfark you read these conspiracy theories and you think you know what you are talking about. Everybody just loves to deny the official evidence presented. If United States and the rest of the world really wanted to make this into a bigger issue they would have done it before. The world only stepped in when they had to. Many European nations denied there was a genocide even when the numbers were starting to pile up.
@kenzo4000 i really have no clue what you are on about, i am providing you with accounts which people have witnessed, yet you are just claiming them to be conspiracy theories. The nu,bers still aren't adding up. Islamic Fundamentalists are now cliaming that 15000 were executed at Srebrenica. They did make it into a huge issue during the time, by fabricating footage to propel the American political agenda.
@ftballfrk What account, a bunch of names and claims you put up here. I see no links to actual evidence. Not edited youtube videos about people discussing this.
@kenzo4000 if you are going to claim that the fabrication of footage is also a conspiracy, Milosevic himself used it at his trial, showing excerpts of how British media station, ITN fabricated evidence of Serbian death camps in Bosnia. You should watch them, see for yourself, see if it is enough proof. If they are indeed fabricated, then the US used this to justify war upon the Serbian people. There were worldwide media campaigns based on the footage.
@ftballfrk Where can i view these supposed fabrications? BTW you do know that when media gets knowledge about it an even soon after it happens, the numbers usually are exageratted. Official numbers usually come up a few days after. This is the nature of the media and television, they don't always get accurate statistics. But don't look to the media for official numbers. LOok at world court statistics and official documented stats dealing with this.
@kenzo4000 The 7000-8000 soldiers and male muslims executed - fabrication. director of the Belgrade Center for Investigation of War Crimes Milivoje Ivanišević analysed the lists of alleged Srebrenica victims. Ivanišević discovered that, a year after the fall of Srebrenica, some 3,000 Muslim men who were supposedly killed in 1995, were voting in the Bosnian Muslim elections.
@ftballfrk Another claim being made without absolutely no link to the evidence. Ohh and why am i not surprised that it was a serbian man who did the supposed research.
@kenzo4000 discard the claim then, for it might be blown out of proportion, but so is the claim that 7000-8000 executions took place, there is no evidence up until this day to support this. The mere exhumations of bodies does not justify anything, people died before the war and were buried there, and who knows how many bodies were actually soldiers who died fighting.
@ftballfrk If you don't see 8000 dead bodies in front of you, you will not believe it. This is the problem. But there were footages of mass graves in Bosnia, they even showed the ones in Srebrenica. I cannot count off the top of my head 8000 but it was a lot. But then again if someone didn't take a picture of every single of them and put them on youtube, there will always be people like you who deny it. Heck i bet plenty would even make up conspiracy theories saying the photos were faked.
@kenzo4000 but showing it doesn't prove anything, doesn't prove that they are all muslims, that they weren't bodies from previous wars or soldiers. Of course they showed the pictures and footage of Srebrenica and claimed that Serbians committed a massacre, but the footage doesn't prove that there was 'genocide' or 'executions'. Sure there would ahve been many bodies, but it isn't known whether they are bodies of soldiers who died fighting or not, there are still many questions
@kenzo4000 you assume too much. i know there are plenty of official footages of mass graves, but executions i cannot find, and genocide i do not see, they are all accusations not backed up with facts."If you don't see 8000 dead bodies in front of you, you will not believe it. " ummmm, well you can't kill a few people and say 8000 were killed can you . . . only of course if you're NATO :P
@kenzo4000 ok so there aren't a 'few' bodies, however you're saying that it was predominantly muslim. How do you know this, i don't understand, how do you know they all died there and they weren't bodies buried from other places. What about soldiers dying and getting buried, or perhaps not one of those "8000" is a soldier's body . . . weird. Serbian forces were filmed loading women and children onto a bus, the claim is made that 8000 men and boys were executed . . .
@ftballfrk You are the one questioning the official documentation. The onus is on the conspiracy theorists, not the people who published the official story. So until you can prove that this wasn't the case, then you have no point.
now the heinous crimes against Bosnian muslims. . . perhaps the vengeance attacks and executions of the Serbs, but there was no good guy or bad guy in this war. The political agenda of the US/NATO only conveyed only one angle of the events which unfolded to suit their needs, and that's the reality
Former NATO Deputy Commander Charles Boyd, who was in charge of intelligence assessments, wrote that the Croatian attack on the UN Protected Serb-inhabited area of Western Bosnia, which preceded the capture of Srebrenica “appears to differ from Serbian actions around the UN safe areas of Srebrenica and Zepa only in the degree of Western hand-wringing and CNN footage the latter have elicited. Ethnic cleansing evokes condemnation only when it is committed by Serbs, not against them.”

Ethnic cleansing evokes condemnation only when it is committed by Serbs, not against them.”
today, radovan karadzic and ratko mladic are faced with charges of war crimes and genocide if i'm correct. Yet Naser Oric was not. why wasn’t Naser Oric charged with crimes against humanity and genocide for his systematic and planned murders of Serbian civilians and the burning of at least 50 Serbian villages? I guess that the term genocide, and that a maniuplated one, only applies to the Serbs, not the the Bosnian Muslims or Croats because the US government's target is Serbia.
therefore, since pushing out the people of srebrenica was labelled genocide, ethnic cleansing = genocide. However, the Tribunal had never called the Croatian ethnic cleansing of 250 000 serbs in Krajina genocide. events at Srebrenica and Krajina occured at nearly the same time. Madeleine Albright claims that up to 13 000 muslims were driven out of Srebrenica, hmmmm 13 000 vs 250 000, 13 000 is genocide, 250 000 is not.
The international criminal tribunal of yugoslavia maniuplated the term 'genocide' which was served for the most horrific crime, the planned extermination of a particular group,in order to justify indictments that preceded any serious investigation of events related to the capture of Srebrenica. were the serbs trying to trying to eliminate muslims in Bosnia, globally or just in Srebrenica ? the judges decided that pushing the muslims out of the Srebrenica area was genocide.
so what is the reality? . . . not many people know the reality of what happened in Srebrenica due to the propaganda falsifications of the US and NATO. You say that the "French completly ignored the reality of what was happening" yet French General and at the time UN commander Philippe Morillon stated that "the capture of Srebrenica in 1995 was a reaction to the crimes the Bosnian Muslim army committed against Srebrenica Serbs." this was to the hague tribunal
Izetbegovic admitted to Kouchner and Holbrooke that "There were no extermination camps, whatever the horror of those places. I thought my revelations would precipitate bombing against Serbs." you say that "the french completely ignored the reality of what was happening" when french general and at the time, UN commander philippe morillon stated that the capture of Srebrenica in 1995 was a reaction to the crimes the Bosnian Muslim army committed against Srebrenica Serbs. he was sued for this
a british lieutenant Jim Baxter, assistant to UN Commander Rupert Smith, told Tim Ripley that “the Bosnian government knew what was happening in Srebrenica. I am certain they decided it was worth the sacrifice.” Alija Izetbegovic, acknowledged to both Kouchner and former UN envoy Richard Holbrooke that he had exaggerated claims of atrocities by Serbian forces to encourage NATO intervention against the Serbs.
so you might wonder, why the retreat of the 5500 muslim forces at srebrenica against the 200 seb soldiers ? well, so the US could 'step in' really. Bosnian muslim leaders had for years tried to persuade NATO to intervene in order to defeat the serb forces. Clinton had advised Izetbegovic that US intervention would occur if the Serbs killed at least 5000 people at Srebrenica. The retreat of the 5500 bosnian muslim forces resulted in heavy casualties and vengeance executions.
@kenzo4000 Interview with Hakija Meholjic, president of Social Democratic Party for Srebrenica, by Hasan Hadzic, . . .President Izetbegovic asked us: "What do you think about the swap of Srebrenica for Vogosca [a Sarajevo suburb]?" There was a silence for a while and then I said: "Mr. President, if this is a done thing, then you should not have invited us here, because we have to return and face the people and personally accept the burden of that decision."
@ftballfrk I have to check that out, i don't know id have to get back to you. Either way i'm not completly sure why you keep pushing this particular point. Do you think the ethnic cleansing by the Serbian forces is somewhat justified if this indeed does ring true?
@kenzo4000 So you rejected Izetbegovic's decision? We rejected it without any discussion. Then he said: "You know, I was offered by Clinton in April 1993 that the Chetnik forces enter Srebrenica, carry out a slaughter of 5,000 Muslims, and then there will be a military intervention." Our delegation was composed of nine people, one among us was from Bratunac and unfortunately he is the only one not alive now, but all the others from the delegation are alive and can confirm this.
@ftballfrk get me a link to a video saying this. Something to backup your claim, you can't just expect to me accept it blindly. I'm sure you wouldn't do the same.
Carlos Martins Branco who debriefed the UN monitors who served in Srebrenica, writes: “Muslim forces did not even try to take advantage of their heavy artillery, under control of the UN forces at a time in which they had every reason to do so … Military resistance would jeopardize the image of ‘victim’, which had been so carefully constructed, and which the Muslims considered vital to maintain.” public opinion was maintained with charges of mass rape, death camps and staged atrocities.
@ftballfrk When you can get me a large amount of important people to make such a claim then talk. So using the example of one ignorant bigot. Probably against muslims in general, you think you made a point?
UN Dutch Private Raviv van Renssen, a gunner, was killed when Bosnian Muslim troops threw a grenade at his armored vehicle. He failed to close his hatch in time and was hit in the head by shrapnel. US/NATO propaganda claimed that Srebrenica was made up of unarmed, Bosnian Muslim civilians. However, military sources confirmed that a bosnian muslim force of 5500 did not make an effort to defend Srebrenica against a bosnian serb force of 200 along with 5 tanks.

@ftballfrk There is that theory that the Bosnian forces did somewhat let it happen. That is a theory however. There isn't any real proof to it. Many stated that they let the Serb forces commit the atrocities to send a signal to the world of what was happening. There is nothing to confirm this claim however, other than random people speculating over what could have been a reason.
@kenzo4000 Tim Ripley, a military analyst for Janes’ Defense publications notes that Muslim forces fled from Srebrenica to the surrounding hills before Serbs captured the nearly empty town. He writes that Dutch troops “saw Bosnian troops escaping from Srebrenica move past their observation points carrying brand new anti-tank weapons, still in their plastic wrappings. This, and other similar reports, made many UN officers and international journalists suspicious.” theory, no hard evidence, ok
@ftballfrk And i should just take your word for this? Which youtube video did you get it off? Don't believe everything you read on the internet. The best case example is the 9/11 conspiracy theories. The cospiracy theorists all state they have statements from people denying it was a plane. However, all these supposed statements ended up being either false or edited in such a way to make it seem like something else.
UN Security Council resolutions to condemn abuses by Muslim forces or Croatian forces were routinely thwarted by threatened veto from Madeleine Albright. however, finally on March 28, 2003, Oric was charged with killing only 7 serb troops and the 'wanton destruction' of serbian villages. The bosnian muslim troops lost support of the UN personnel by killing UN troops and even their own people to gain sympathy with US/NATO to stop the serb forces.
@kenzo4000 so why was it that the International Court didn't use this as evidence ? I guess it might be just an accusation from Oric himself, and they believe he didn't do it, there isn't enough evidence to prove that he actually committed those crimes even though he proudly said to the journalist interviewing him that he had.
@ftballfrk depends how you define it. A lot of times you could even admit to commiting a crime and with a good lawyer could dismiss that admission for variety of reasons. Trust me i study law, there are a lot of ways around this.
you write 'crimes committed against Bosnian muslims', yet Naser Oric bragged of the hundreds of SErbs he had slaughtered, and also held videocassettes of serbian troops decapitated, their bodies piled in a heap. Of course though, since he was a client of US/NATO, he was not a war criminal. A report of these atrocities was submitted to the US state department, the UN, and major news organisations, they stayed quiet.
@ftballfrk Naser Oric was actually convicted and sent to two years in prison. The reason why it was not longer was because they did not have enough evidence to convict him of the majority of crimes he was accussed of.
@kenzo4000 The only reason he was sent to prison for 2 years was because NATO had control of the court in which he was being prosecuted, the ICTY. in an interview, oric said himself "We ambushed them," he said when a number of dead Serbs appeared on the screen. When footage of a bullet-marked ghost town appeared without any visible bodies, Oric hastened to announce: "We killed 114 Serbs there." This was while watching video footage of the slaughter which he had induced.
@ftballfrk I haven't seen this video, and in general him making a statement how many serbs he killed, does not entice war crimes. They could have been other soldiers. I'm not saying he didn't commint heinous crimes but in a court of law you have to be 100 percent clear of what you mean and you have to have full proof evidence that cannot be contradicted. Either way i don't think any one of us know what happened in his case unless u sat in with the audience during the trial.
Lol so you take one Milosevic speech trying to paint an idealistic image of Milosevic and try to prove your point based on it? WHy don't you research more into the speeches he gave.
The initial poster did not even analyze the video. You take small statements that Chomsky made, specifically the fact that he did not dwell into Milosevics war crimes and draw your own conclusions that its because there aren't any. So because he did not elaborate this proves your point? Perhaps if the interviewer asked better questions or asked him to elaborate you would see more explanation.
If you do not believe me this is actually a published letter spoken by the prime minister John Major. Look for it on the internet and you will find it.
The reality is that most of the world did deny the henious crimes commited against the Bosnian muslims throughout the war. This is why US only stepped in at the end. The French completly ignored the reality of what was happening, due to their own ignorance and bigotry towards the Bosnians. The Prime Minister of Britain at the time John Major actually gave a speech stating that the muslims genocide is not something Britain would interfe in and in a way supporting it.
@kenzo4000 the sole reason that the serbian military moved into srebrenica was because of Naser Oric's forces (bosnian muslim warlord) who had killed approximately 2000 bosnian serbs (mostly troops but some were civilians). Not only had he killed these people, but burnt over 50 serbian villages, desecrated serbian gravesites, tortured and mutilated serbian prisoners of war. It was this which lead to bosnian serb forces raking over Srebrenica in 1995
@ftballfrk What a load of crap. This is the excuse, it was retaliation? Look at the numbers of civilian deaths throughout the war and see who commited more. 93% of the convicted war criminals were Serbs. By the end of the war the Serbian forces had taken over almost the enitire eastern side of Bosnia.
Your whole excuse is to diverge attention away from the issue at hand by bringing up a single Bosnian war criminal. I'm not denying they exitested but the Serbs criminal far outweight it.
@kenzo4000 of the "8000" bodies, the only 2000 exhumed bodies that have been dug up were most likely muslim military troops, however that is not proven, if you say, but neither is the so called "8000 executions". Naser Oric and his criminals were all war criminals, his whole force, for committing war crimes and humanitarian crimes against Prisoners of War, not to mention the innoncent civilians he killed and tortured. THis is documented, with videos Oric himself filmed.
@ftballfrk I never defended Naser Oric. I'm not sure how much actual hard evidence there is for a lot of his crimes though. It's easy to say he wasn't convicted and sent longer to jail and come up with your own conclusion. But the reality is that they couldn't convict him on many of the crimes, even if he was guilty of them. In a court room it's not that simple.
Contemporary examples of libertarian socialist organizational and decision-making models in practice include a number of anti-capitalist and anti-globalisation movements including: Zapatista Councils of Good Government and the Global Indymedia network (which covers 45 countries on 6 continents).
There are also many examples of indigenous societies around the world whose political and economic systems can be accurately described as anarchist or libertarian socialist, each of which is unique and uniquely suited to the culture that birthed it.
For libertarians, that diversity of practice within a framework of common principles is proof of the vitality of those principles and of their flexibility and strength.
Noam's long term social structure is NOT large government but a network of social groups, committees, decentralized means of direct democracy such as municipalities, citizens' assemblies, trade unions and workers' councils.
@ScuzzylilAmeriWhore@ScuzzylilAmeriWhore the US is one of the most tyrannical societies in the history of mankind as its driving social structure is the corporation and therefore represents a failed state when the US has the greatest inequality of all countries in the advanced industrialized wordl. Just because the US does not use violence as much as totalitarian regimes does not mean it is otherwise.
Serbs constantly keep reminding everybody of the Ottamans takeover of their land, and the injustices that happened to them a billion years ago. Wake up to reality, face the truth. The people that deny these events happened are not better than the holocaust deniers.
What many Serbs don't realize is that by defending ruthless men like Milosevic they are only stigmatizing themselves more to the world. You are not making your case any better. The whole world knows what happened, accept it.
Also to mention the fact that Milosevic himself collaborated with the generals at Srebrenica previously, while he might not have been directly there it is incredibly foolish to believe that Milosevic had no knowledge about it.
Milosevic policies throughout Serbia not imprisoning those killing muslims in Kosovo and other parts of Serbia, is a clear example of his heinous crimes towards muslims. By allowing genocide to happen, the leader is considered guilty by proxy.
As for the Dutch troops in Srebrenica. They actually moved out when the final assault took place. While it is true that they did witness partially what was happening, they quickly left the area upon the Serbs actually rounding up people.
The courts used the example of Srebrenica because it was a substantial event in the war, and one where it made most sense to exemplify the crimes Milosevic commited.
I think its obvious that Milosevic commited heinous crimes. I don't think Chomsky wanted to move so much into this territory during the interview, given that the interview was conducted in Serbia, where still many idolize this disguisting war criminal. It doesn't take a genious to figure out exactly what Milosevic had done.
To believe that Milosevic was oblivious to Serbian troops entering Bosnia, burning villages, killing civilians is to be just plain ignorant.
@kenzo4000 >>>think its obvious that Milosevic commited heinous crimes Bullshit, even chomsky admits in this videothat Milosevic committed NO war crimes. The KLA and NATO committed war crimes and the KLA was bankrolled by teh CIA and the Albanian drug mafia.
@ScuzzylilAmeriWhore His whole point was that the evidence being presented against Milosevic dealt with the Srebrenica massacre, and Chomsky believed that there is not enough evidence linking him to it. He never denied the many other heinous crimes committed by Milosevic. It was not even the topic of discussion in this video.
@ScuzzylilAmeriWhore Where are drawing these conclusions from? People always love to include the CIA in anything and draw these random conclusions based on non existing relationships. They reach to make certain points, edit videos taking quotes out of context and then at the end come up with their retarded conclusion.
@kenzo4000 again, as scuzzy says, there is no proof. I've read and i know it's documented, that while NATO occupied kosovo, many journalists were not allowed to film or report what NATO was doing. It is also documented and proven that Nato bombs killed several albanian villages during the war. Of course much of this was manipulated by mass media in america, namely CNN, and distributed globally as propaganda depicting the serbs as "evil". When milosevic went to the hague to face his charges
@ftballfrk What was manipulated? The footage of the mass graves in Bosnia? Footages of people getting shot by snipers situated on the hills of Sarajevo? I think you have been on youtube way too long. If you really want to research this topic look at official documents not youtube videos to form your opinion.
@kenzo4000 look, i'm not saying that slaughter of these people didn't happen, it did, it is known, it's not nice, stuff like thsi happens in war. The thing that pisses me off is chomsky continually condemns the mass media in america and other corporations of manipulating the truth for their own political agenda which is exactly what happened to serbia in the 90s *sigh*
@ftballfrk I'm not denying that the media manipulates and often creates images leading the viewer to believe on thing when the reality is very different. Yes i see it on CNN all the time. Using the example of Israel and the lack of reporting of Palestinian deaths which by far outnumber the Israeli's. But sometimes even CNN and America cannot deny the obvious reality of what happened in the war. Not everything is a constroversy.
@kenzo4000 btw, yes the footage is in part manipulated, you only get 30 seconds of footage conveying serbs as evil, and the muslims as victims, there was a lot more too it then that
@kenzo4000 to face his charges of "genocide" and the like . . . there was no evidence to support the claims. You should perhaps watch some of the trial clips on youtube and you will see that much of the Tribunal in the Hague was controlled by Britain and America. Nevertheless, there was no evidence to prove the heinous crimes, and the killing of civilians etc. Much of this war is almost identical to the Iraq war back in the early 90's, where numerous innocent civilians were killed by nato
When the video presenter asks a question "What does Chomsky know about Milosevic's character...
Seems to be pushing the.."
SEEMS is a subjective viewpoint that does not define anything. Give us some Evidence instead of your SEEMS. Did Chomsky say he was an EVIL MAN? You associate it with CNN? Where is your proof he is agreeing to such a term due to CNN's view? Argue with a truthful manner, or we'll pick apart your words with logic and expose systematically.
Power to ANYONE who opposes war and the crimes involved. This is why Chomsky will survive and keep proving that
this mindless opposition is misguided and non-intelligent. You people here applying that Chomsky is a CIA stooge are caught up in the Alex Jones rhetoric. So be it. Zionism is crashing down like the huge burden it is. Peace to all truth seekers.
Did you read Mr. Simonovic said. He knows the Kosovo-Serbia issue and its historical implications better than a college geek like you who fawns over Chomsky
__Chomskys idea is not new. He supports America's policy which is actually a model for Kosovo that in the Second World War was realized by fascist Italy and Germany...__
That is, he supports American imperialism in the Balkans. You fanatical Chomsky shills are brainwashed as Jones' or Ron Paul shills!
Chomsky is a Zionist. Has has never denied the right of Israel to exist. Also he denied that 911 was a false-flag operation when a man of his geopolitical insight would know straight away it was Israel false-flag operation.
No He' is a US government controlled Anti-ZIonist, some mind-fucked Joo haters try to read his anti-zionism as zionism. This is because you Joohating double think is a display of CIA brainwash...
>>>Also he denied that 911 was a false-flag operation
EXACTLY, HE DENIED IT AS A CIA controlled INSIDE JOB and so as to DEFELECT THIS YOU NOW PULL THIS CIA PRE-PREPARED RECORDING.. it was Israel false-flag operation. NO, IT WAS A CIA BLACK OP. CIA SHILL
CHOMSKY IS A CIA CONTROLLED ANTI-ZIONIST AND CIA CONTROLLED SOCK PUPPET, JUST AS YOU ARE A CIA DISINFO AGENT. TRY AGAIN. GO BACK TO LANGLEY FOR BETTER TRAINING IN BULLSHITTING.
The left and the right are false paradigms controlled by the same people, even Chomsky says this but misdirects it.
fingerspear 2 months ago 2
@fingerspear
He is called anti-semetic for revealing Israel's war crimes, not pro-Israel.

funny how the nato conspirators always say milosevic in his speach spoke of a greater Serbia. This very clearly shows that that is a LIE.
dragszes 4 months ago
Your video makes no sense. You seem to claim to know why Chomsky omitted some things. How do you know that? Do you have beer with him? Milosevic was in charge of a country that played a major part of a really messed up conflict. The fact that he gave a speech and that he was democratically elected doesn't make Chomsky's description of him wrong.
martindj88 4 months ago
@martindj88 Furthermore, your/Simonovic's implication is dishonest at the least. How can he (or anyone) claim to know why he suggested such and such a resolution? He gave one which he believes is the best, given the situation. It might be that USA would profit from that, it might be that it would not. Whichever the case, it does not imply that Chomsky suggested it because of that.
martindj88 4 months ago
@martindj88 you make no sense.Again if you could give specifics with proof of crimes he committed .If you can you should have gone to the hague because they couldnt. You do exactly what chomsky is being accused of.You assert things that arent proven .Maybe you can explain why milosevic was on trial trial for 5 yrs without a verdict.Seselj has been in jail for 9 yrs without a verdict and evrytime he's to be released they charge him with contempt of court.
dragszes 4 months ago

Why did the US government kill JFK?
AndroidPolitician 9 months ago
@AndroidPolitician US gov didnt kill JFK. JFK was fckn gov. Execution was organized by people who run FedRes, due to JFK's intention to stop issuing fiat curency and get dollar back to gold std. All other theories like war on mafia or military complex about Vietnam have glass legs.
ingpetkovic 6 months ago
@ingpetkovic

AndroidPolitician 6 months ago
@AndroidPolitician Well, its very strange for me that people can so blindly and so firmly believe everything what is told to them, its phenomenon known in psihology as line of least resistance but for me its just unacceptable. About Ron Paul, cant really discuss about his work or his plans, becouse he never was subject of my interest.
But assassionation of JFK is something that attracts my close attention for 20 years now. Do you really think Lee Harvey Oswald do it ?
ingpetkovic 6 months ago
@ingpetkovic
My point is conspiracies are the opposite of institutional analysis because in conspiracies things happen because of secret coalitions of people and not institutions.
Take a second to look up Occam's razor and then think about JFK assassination conspiracies.
AndroidPolitician 6 months ago
@AndroidPolitician

Perhaps you should take a look at Chomsky's manufacturing consent. . . as John Milton stated "They who have put out the people’s eyes reproach them of their blindness”
ftballfrk 1 year ago
@ftballfrk Typical conspiracy argument. Everything that could be something else, is. The reality is that at the end of the day there is no practical motivation for United States and the world to make Serbia into villans. But then again i wouldn't be surprised if you came up with another elaborate theory to back that up. I remember you said something about the Albanian mafia being involved lol.
kenzo4000 1 year ago
@kenzo4000 you should perhaps back up your claims with hard evidence. Numbers don't mean much without solid proof. As for the US having no practical motivation, you're probably right. In 1999 they needlessly killed Serbian Civilians and funded the war against the serbians in Kosovo. But why then the fabrication of footage, is it necessary. Why not condemn Karadzic, Mladic and Oric as war criminals, if indeed they needed to step in and stop the killing of innocent civilians.
ftballfrk 1 year ago
@ftballfrk Like i said before, because the world did not care. Only upon such an incident as Srebrenica with all of the world media, did US and the rest of the nations have to finally step in. Britain ignored it throughout the whole four years. The French had no problems against muslims being massacred.
kenzo4000 1 year ago
@kenzo4000 you mean the world did not care up until the part where the muslims started yelling "genocide, murder, rape", the perfect situation for the US to jump in and help. Of course the US would jump in and help the Islamic fundamentalists, who they subsequently work with up until this day. NATO has no cause for existence, there is no use for it, but the US always find a use and further propel their political prospects.
ftballfrk 1 year ago

kenzo4000 1 year ago
The Republic of Serbia in Bosnia is a perfect example of the ethnic cleansing. The area before the war generally had an even ratio of Serbs and Bosnians. By the end of the war the entire area became almost completly Serbian. This is because they threw out and killed the former residents in the area.
Stick to watching Australian television and don't talk about things you have no clue about.
kenzo4000 1 year ago
@kenzo4000 Because farming is land-intensive, in 1991 the Serbian population owned about 2/3 of the land in Bosnia - that is, they owned the land they lived on and farmed. Bosnian Serb farmers were important food producers for Yugoslavia and other European countries. This is a fact. During the war however, it was viewed differently, "During the first two years of the war, Serb forces took about two-thirds of Bosnia-Herzegovina, with the Muslim-led government controlling the remainder."
ftballfrk 1 year ago
@ftballfrk Load of shit. 2/3 of farming in Bosnia was owned by the Serbs? Total Bs.
Go read 1945 Post Europe by Tony Judt and educate yourself on these matters then get back to me.
kenzo4000 1 year ago
@kenzo4000 no i'm saying that most of the Bosnian Serbs were farmers, and the muslims lived in the cities. THerefore, since farming is so land intensive, they occupied 2/3 of Bosnia.
ftballfrk 1 year ago
@ftballfrk I'm not sure what you mean they occupied 2/3 of Bosnia. The Serbians were still the lower population within Bosnia, even before the war.

I obviously know a little bit more than you do, i have sources to back up some of my statements
ftballfrk 1 year ago
@ftballfrk If you want to talk about the whole war then you should have just said so. So far all official documents dealing with ethnic cleansing prove that Serbians by far commited the majority of the war crimes. Like i said 93% of convicted war criminals were Serbians. Look up that statistic yourself if you do not believe me.
kenzo4000 1 year ago
Sarajevo i think was the best example of this attrocity commited against the Muslims. The town was surrounded by snipers. People had to run to get water out of the city well so they could survive. I find it disguisting that you would dispute this based on youtube evidence and single account to try and prove your ignorant point. I was in the war, many of my family member died. I had relative and friends in the areas that were eventually taken over by Serbs.
kenzo4000 1 year ago
@kenzo4000 just show me some hard proof that all the killings at Sarajevo of innocent vilians were in fact that of Serbian soldiers, and none of Muslims. The muslims after all, had to gain political favour, it would make sense therefore that they also would have killed civilians to gain political favour with the US. The papers would of course report of Serbians carrying out the slaughter, but that is why the western media is so dangerous, it has the power to manipulate and blind many people

If United States and the rest of the world really wanted to make this into a bigger issue they would have done it before. The world only stepped in when they had to. Many European nations denied there was a genocide even when the numbers were starting to pile up.
kenzo4000 1 year ago
@kenzo4000 i really have no clue what you are on about, i am providing you with accounts which people have witnessed, yet you are just claiming them to be conspiracy theories. The nu,bers still aren't adding up. Islamic Fundamentalists are now cliaming that 15000 were executed at Srebrenica. They did make it into a huge issue during the time, by fabricating footage to propel the American political agenda.
ftballfrk 1 year ago
@ftballfrk What account, a bunch of names and claims you put up here. I see no links to actual evidence. Not edited youtube videos about people discussing this.
kenzo4000 1 year ago
@kenzo4000 if you are going to claim that the fabrication of footage is also a conspiracy, Milosevic himself used it at his trial, showing excerpts of how British media station, ITN fabricated evidence of Serbian death camps in Bosnia. You should watch them, see for yourself, see if it is enough proof. If they are indeed fabricated, then the US used this to justify war upon the Serbian people. There were worldwide media campaigns based on the footage.
ftballfrk 1 year ago
@ftballfrk Where can i view these supposed fabrications? BTW you do know that when media gets knowledge about it an even soon after it happens, the numbers usually are exageratted. Official numbers usually come up a few days after. This is the nature of the media and television, they don't always get accurate statistics. But don't look to the media for official numbers. LOok at world court statistics and official documented stats dealing with this.
kenzo4000 1 year ago
@kenzo4000 The 7000-8000 soldiers and male muslims executed - fabrication. director of the Belgrade Center for Investigation of War Crimes Milivoje Ivanišević analysed the lists of alleged Srebrenica victims. Ivanišević discovered that, a year after the fall of Srebrenica, some 3,000 Muslim men who were supposedly killed in 1995, were voting in the Bosnian Muslim elections.
ftballfrk 1 year ago
@ftballfrk Another claim being made without absolutely no link to the evidence. Ohh and why am i not surprised that it was a serbian man who did the supposed research.
kenzo4000 1 year ago
@kenzo4000 discard the claim then, for it might be blown out of proportion, but so is the claim that 7000-8000 executions took place, there is no evidence up until this day to support this. The mere exhumations of bodies does not justify anything, people died before the war and were buried there, and who knows how many bodies were actually soldiers who died fighting.
ftballfrk 1 year ago
@ftballfrk If you don't see 8000 dead bodies in front of you, you will not believe it. This is the problem. But there were footages of mass graves in Bosnia, they even showed the ones in Srebrenica. I cannot count off the top of my head 8000 but it was a lot. But then again if someone didn't take a picture of every single of them and put them on youtube, there will always be people like you who deny it. Heck i bet plenty would even make up conspiracy theories saying the photos were faked.
kenzo4000 1 year ago
@kenzo4000 but showing it doesn't prove anything, doesn't prove that they are all muslims, that they weren't bodies from previous wars or soldiers. Of course they showed the pictures and footage of Srebrenica and claimed that Serbians committed a massacre, but the footage doesn't prove that there was 'genocide' or 'executions'. Sure there would ahve been many bodies, but it isn't known whether they are bodies of soldiers who died fighting or not, there are still many questions
ftballfrk 1 year ago
@ftballfrk Ok come on man. The areas were predominately muslim. There are footages of children and women buried in these mass graves.
All you have to do is search official footages, there are plenty. Look away from the conspiracy theories and look at the original picture.
kenzo4000 1 year ago
@kenzo4000 you assume too much. i know there are plenty of official footages of mass graves, but executions i cannot find, and genocide i do not see, they are all accusations not backed up with facts."If you don't see 8000 dead bodies in front of you, you will not believe it. " ummmm, well you can't kill a few people and say 8000 were killed can you . . . only of course if you're NATO :P
ftballfrk 1 year ago
@kenzo4000 ok so there aren't a 'few' bodies, however you're saying that it was predominantly muslim. How do you know this, i don't understand, how do you know they all died there and they weren't bodies buried from other places. What about soldiers dying and getting buried, or perhaps not one of those "8000" is a soldier's body . . . weird. Serbian forces were filmed loading women and children onto a bus, the claim is made that 8000 men and boys were executed . . .
ftballfrk 1 year ago
@ftballfrk You are the one questioning the official documentation. The onus is on the conspiracy theorists, not the people who published the official story. So until you can prove that this wasn't the case, then you have no point.

now the heinous crimes against Bosnian muslims. . . perhaps the vengeance attacks and executions of the Serbs, but there was no good guy or bad guy in this war. The political agenda of the US/NATO only conveyed only one angle of the events which unfolded to suit their needs, and that's the reality

Former NATO Deputy Commander Charles Boyd, who was in charge of intelligence assessments, wrote that the Croatian attack on the UN Protected Serb-inhabited area of Western Bosnia, which preceded the capture of Srebrenica “appears to differ from Serbian actions around the UN safe areas of Srebrenica and Zepa only in the degree of Western hand-wringing and CNN footage the latter have elicited. today, radovan karadzic and ratko mladic are faced with charges of war crimes and genocide if i'm correct. Yet Naser Oric was not. why wasn’t Naser Oric charged with crimes against humanity and genocide for his systematic and planned murders of Serbian civilians and the burning of at least 50 Serbian villages? I guess that the term genocide, and that a maniuplated one, only applies to the Serbs, not the the Bosnian Muslims or Croats because the US government's target is Serbia.
ftballfrk 1 year ago
therefore, since pushing out the people of srebrenica was labelled genocide, ethnic cleansing = genocide. However, the Tribunal had never called the Croatian ethnic cleansing of 250 000 serbs in Krajina genocide. events at Srebrenica and Krajina occured at nearly the same time. Madeleine Albright claims that up to 13 000 muslims were driven out of Srebrenica, hmmmm 13 000 vs 250 000, 13 000 is genocide, 250 000 is not.
ftballfrk 1 year ago
The international criminal tribunal of yugoslavia maniuplated the term 'genocide' which was served for the most horrific crime, the planned extermination of a particular group,in order to justify indictments that preceded any serious investigation of events related to the capture of Srebrenica. were the serbs trying to trying to eliminate muslims in Bosnia, globally or just in Srebrenica ? the judges decided that pushing the muslims out of the Srebrenica area was genocide.
ftballfrk 1 year ago
so what is the reality? . . . not many people know the reality of what happened in Srebrenica due to the propaganda falsifications of the US and NATO. You say that the "French completly ignored the reality of what was happening" yet French General and at the time UN commander Philippe Morillon stated that "the capture of Srebrenica in 1995 was a reaction to the crimes the Bosnian Muslim army committed against Srebrenica Serbs." this was to the hague tribunal

a british lieutenant Jim Baxter, assistant to UN Commander Rupert Smith, told Tim Ripley that “the Bosnian government knew what was happening in Srebrenica. I am certain they decided it was worth the sacrifice.” Alija Izetbegovic, acknowledged to both Kouchner and former UN envoy Richard Holbrooke that he had exaggerated claims of atrocities by Serbian forces to encourage NATO intervention against the Serbs.
ftballfrk 1 year ago
so you might wonder, why the retreat of the 5500 muslim forces at srebrenica against the 200 seb soldiers ? well, so the US could 'step in' really.

@ftballfrk once again a theory. Second of all lol where did Clinton state that they would intervene if at least 5000 people were killed.

President, if this is a done thing, then you should not have invited us here, because we have to return and face the people and personally accept the burden of that decision."
ftballfrk 1 year ago
@ftballfrk I have to check that out, i don't know id have to get back to you. Either way i'm not completly sure why you keep pushing this particular point. Do you think the ethnic cleansing by the Serbian forces is somewhat justified if this indeed does ring true?
kenzo4000 1 year ago
@kenzo4000 So you rejected Izetbegovic's decision? We rejected it without any discussion. Then he said: "You know, I was offered by Clinton in April 1993 that the Chetnik forces enter Srebrenica, carry out a slaughter of 5,000 Muslims, and then there will be a military intervention." Our delegation was composed of nine people, one among us was from Bratunac and unfortunately he is the only one not alive now, but all the others from the delegation are alive and can confirm this.

@ftballfrk There is that theory that the Bosnian forces did somewhat let it happen. That is a theory however. There isn't any real proof to it. Many stated that they let the Serb forces commit the atrocities to send a signal to the world of what was happening. There is nothing to confirm this claim however, other than random people speculating over what could have been a reason.
kenzo4000 1 year ago

The bosnian muslim troops lost support of the UN personnel by killing UN troops and even their own people to gain sympathy with US/NATO to stop the serb forces.
ftballfrk 1 year ago
@ftballfrk a lot accusation without much evidence, what do you want?
kenzo4000 1 year ago
@kenzo4000 so why was it that the International Court didn't use this as evidence ? I guess it might be just an accusation from Oric himself, and they believe he didn't do it, there isn't enough evidence to prove that he actually committed those crimes even though he proudly said to the journalist interviewing him that he had.
ftballfrk 1 year ago
@ftballfrk depends how you define it. A lot of times you could even admit to commiting a crime and with a good lawyer could dismiss that admission for variety of reasons. Trust me i study law, there are a lot of ways around this.
kenzo4000 1 year ago
you write 'crimes committed against Bosnian muslims', yet Naser Oric bragged of the hundreds of SErbs he had slaughtered, and also held videocassettes of serbian troops decapitated, their bodies piled in a heap. Of course though, since he was a client of US/NATO, he was not a war criminal. A report of these atrocities was submitted to the US state department, the UN, and major news organisations, they stayed quiet.
ftballfrk 1 year ago
@ftballfrk Naser Oric was actually convicted and sent to two years in prison. The reason why it was not longer was because they did not have enough evidence to convict him of the majority of crimes he was accussed of.
kenzo4000 1 year ago
@kenzo4000 The only reason he was sent to prison for 2 years was because NATO had control of the court in which he was being prosecuted, the ICTY. in an interview, oric said himself "We ambushed them," he said when a number of dead Serbs appeared on the screen. When footage of a bullet-marked ghost town appeared without any visible bodies, Oric hastened to announce: "We killed 114 Serbs there." This was while watching video footage of the slaughter which he had induced.
ftballfrk 1 year ago
@ftballfrk I haven't seen this video, and in general him making a statement how many serbs he killed, does not entice war crimes. They could have been other soldiers. I'm not saying he didn't commint heinous crimes but in a court of law you have to be 100 percent clear of what you mean and you have to have full proof evidence that cannot be contradicted. Either way i don't think any one of us know what happened in his case unless u sat in with the audience during the trial.

The initial poster did not even analyze the video. You take small statements that Chomsky made, specifically the fact that he did not dwell into Milosevics war crimes and draw your own conclusions that its because there aren't any. So because he did not elaborate this proves your point? Perhaps if the interviewer asked better questions or asked him to elaborate you would see more explanation.
kenzo4000 1 year ago
If you do not believe me this is actually a published letter spoken by the prime minister John Major. Look for it on the internet and you will find it.
kenzo4000 1 year ago
The reality is that most of the world did deny the henious crimes commited against the Bosnian muslims throughout the war. This is why US only stepped in at the end. The French completly ignored the reality of what was happening, due to their own ignorance and bigotry towards the Bosnians. The Prime Minister of Britain at the time John Major actually gave a speech stating that the muslims genocide is not something Britain would interfe in and in a way supporting it.
kenzo4000 1 year ago
@kenzo4000 the sole reason that the serbian military moved into srebrenica was because of Naser Oric's forces (bosnian muslim warlord) who had killed approximately 2000 bosnian serbs (mostly troops but some were civilians). Not only had he killed these people, but burnt over 50 serbian villages, desecrated serbian gravesites, tortured and mutilated serbian prisoners of war. It was this which lead to bosnian serb forces raking over Srebrenica in 1995
ftballfrk 1 year ago
@ftballfrk What a load of crap. This is the excuse, it was retaliation? Look at the numbers of civilian deaths throughout the war and see who commited more. 93% of the convicted war criminals were Serbs. By the end of the war the Serbian forces had taken over almost the enitire eastern side of Bosnia.
Your whole excuse is to diverge attention away from the issue at hand by bringing up a single Bosnian war criminal. I'm not denying they exitested but the Serbs criminal far outweight it.
kenzo4000 1 year ago
@kenzo4000 of the "8000" bodies, the only 2000 exhumed bodies that have been dug up were most likely muslim military troops, however that is not proven, if you say, but neither is the so called "8000 executions". Naser Oric and his criminals were all war criminals, his whole force, for committing war crimes and humanitarian crimes against Prisoners of War, not to mention the innoncent civilians he killed and tortured. THis is documented, with videos Oric himself filmed.
ftballfrk 1 year ago
@ftballfrk I never defended Naser Oric. I'm not sure how much actual hard evidence there is for a lot of his crimes though. It's easy to say he wasn't convicted and sent longer to jail and come up with your own conclusion. But the reality is that they couldn't convict him on many of the crimes, even if he was guilty of them. In a court room it's not that simple.

The whole world knows what happened, accept it.
kenzo4000 2 years ago
Also to mention the fact that Milosevic himself collaborated with the generals at Srebrenica previously, while he might not have been directly there it is incredibly foolish to believe that Milosevic had no knowledge about it.
Milosevic policies throughout Serbia not imprisoning those killing muslims in Kosovo and other parts of Serbia, is a clear example of his heinous crimes towards muslims. By allowing genocide to happen, the leader is considered guilty by proxy.
kenzo4000 2 years ago
As for the Dutch troops in Srebrenica. They actually moved out when the final assault took place. While it is true that they did witness partially what was happening, they quickly left the area upon the Serbs actually rounding up people.
The courts used the example of Srebrenica because it was a substantial event in the war, and one where it made most sense to exemplify the crimes Milosevic commited.
kenzo4000 2 years ago
I think its obvious that Milosevic commited heinous crimes. I don't think Chomsky wanted to move so much into this territory during the interview, given that the interview was conducted in Serbia, where still many idolize this disguisting war criminal. It doesn't take a genious to figure out exactly what Milosevic had done.
To believe that Milosevic was oblivious to Serbian troops entering Bosnia, burning villages, killing civilians is to be just plain ignorant.
kenzo4000 2 years ago
@kenzo4000 >>>think its obvious that Milosevic commited heinous crimes Bullshit, even chomsky admits in this videothat Milosevic committed NO war crimes. The KLA and NATO committed war crimes and the KLA was bankrolled by teh CIA and the Albanian drug mafia.
ScuzzylilAmeriWhore 1 year ago
@ScuzzylilAmeriWhore His whole point was that the evidence being presented against Milosevic dealt with the Srebrenica massacre, and Chomsky believed that there is not enough evidence linking him to it. He never denied the many other heinous crimes committed by Milosevic. It was not even the topic of discussion in this video.
kenzo4000 1 year ago
@ScuzzylilAmeriWhore Where are drawing these conclusions from? People always love to include the CIA in anything and draw these random conclusions based on non existing relationships. They reach to make certain points, edit videos taking quotes out of context and then at the end come up with their retarded conclusion.
kenzo4000 1 year ago
@kenzo4000 again, as scuzzy says, there is no proof. I've read and i know it's documented, that while NATO occupied kosovo, many journalists were not allowed to film or report what NATO was doing. It is also documented and proven that Nato bombs killed several albanian villages during the war. Of course much of this was manipulated by mass media in america, namely CNN, and distributed globally as propaganda depicting the serbs as "evil". When milosevic went to the hague to face his charges
ftballfrk 1 year ago
@ftballfrk What was manipulated? The footage of the mass graves in Bosnia? Footages of people getting shot by snipers situated on the hills of Sarajevo? I think you have been on youtube way too long. If you really want to research this topic look at official documents not youtube videos to form your opinion.
kenzo4000 1 year ago
@kenzo4000 look, i'm not saying that slaughter of these people didn't happen, it did, it is known, it's not nice, stuff like thsi happens in war. The thing that pisses me off is chomsky continually condemns the mass media in america and other corporations of manipulating the truth for their own political agenda which is exactly what happened to serbia in the 90s *sigh*
ftballfrk 1 year ago
@ftballfrk I'm not denying that the media manipulates and often creates images leading the viewer to believe on thing when the reality is very different. Yes i see it on CNN all the time. Using the example of Israel and the lack of reporting of Palestinian deaths which by far outnumber the Israeli's. But sometimes even CNN and America cannot deny the obvious reality of what happened in the war. Not everything is a constroversy.
kenzo4000 1 year ago
@kenzo4000 btw, yes the footage is in part manipulated, you only get 30 seconds of footage conveying serbs as evil, and the muslims as victims, there was a lot more too it then that
ftballfrk 1 year ago
@kenzo4000 to face his charges of "genocide" and the like . . . there was no evidence to support the claims. You should perhaps watch some of the trial clips on youtube and you will see that much of the Tribunal in the Hague was controlled by Britain and America. Nevertheless, there was no evidence to prove the heinous crimes, and the killing of civilians etc. Much of this war is almost identical to the Iraq war back in the early 90's, where numerous innocent civilians were killed by nato
