  • I thought no one else remembered this. Everytime I talk about stuff from when we were little w/ friends, no one seems to know what I'm talking about when I mention this. I knew the intro song from memory, so I knew this wasn't a figment of my imagination! ABCD follow me.....

  • I HAVE NOT HEARD THIS SONG SINCE I WAS EIGHT YEARS OLD. GOOD GOD.

    Youtube is magical.

  • Mr. B, not all buttons need to have buttonholes!

  • I have 16 preschoolers, and my first day these three boys (my trouble makers) kept wanting to listen to this song (we have the letter people cd) and then I realized they were singing "Big Butts, beautiful butts, baby butts"...I couldn't help but laugh.

  • there is a kid in my preschool that caught singing beatiful booties instead of beautiful buttons i thought it was pretty funny the other old lady teacher was rather offended...

  • Oh man this brings back good times of my childhood.

  • This is all I remember about kindergarten (oh god it's been *gulp* 23 years) lol thanks for the memories :)

  • This was my favorite show back in the day. I'm 27 and I still remember watching this when i stayed home sick. We even watched in our classes sometimes. Good Times! Good Times!

  • I haven't heard this since kindergarte, 15 years ago. I just randomly found it and clicked on it for the memories.

  • @sadrsch16 It's been 16 years for me.

  • B is for beatles! Yeah!

  • Thank you so much for posting these videos! I'm using this one for a presentation in my professional educator class!

  • OMG... i have this on vhs.. i used to say "beautiful butts.." hahaha i would dance around with my bottle on the rug to this... hahahaaha

  • Yea my dad thought thats what he was singing because in the revised version(what I had) It REALLY sounded like butts.

  • It used to be that I thought this was funny in kindergarden, but now that I'm 14...it's kinda (not to offend anyone) gay? lol this brings back memories!

  • Mr. B will be played by Dan Aykroyd from "Ghostbusters".

  • I don't want to meet the letter people!

  • I don't think anyone as a choice.

  • Sounds kinda like Gene Wilder in Willy Wonka

  • @JimmieBaller26 I was just thinking the exact same thing!

  • so jealous, I want to wear a button sweater.

  • mr. b looks just like joe lieberman, look him up in google image.

  • thats kinda gay............

    beautiful,big,buttons

  • XD omg this is so funny, its kinda a inside joke XD

  • I like this

  • I look Mr.B also I love Miss A, Miss I, Miss E & Mr.M

  • how did mr b express anger?

  • Wow, for some reason I can't recall, I did not like this guy. Strange huh??

  • That was quite an abrupt ending!

The wikipedia people shouldn't have cut it off like that. That was so rude. I enjoyed the clip that I saw.

  • I'm not sure what you mean by "wikipedia people,' but this is how the clip ended in the actual show, nothing was cut out.

  • They're saying part of it was cut out because the show only used about half of the song from the original record. Heck, I'm just grateful that this is around at all, full-length song or not... Thank you, Letterpeopleland! (I remember dressing up as this guy in kindergarten, even though I'm a girl...)

  • how do u know th@?

  • Again, nothing was cut out by me. I know the original song was longer, but when the TV show was produced, they decided not to include the entire thing.

  • o. wel what if mr b went 2 sesame st?

  • I always liked how Mr. B keeps saying, "Boy, oh boy!"

  • these puppets look like they were made by little kids

  • o ya think?
