@shonemanband retired the act in 2006. was at it for 6 years. just used a tube amp(hughes & kettner duotone) and usualy a guitar with active pickups. all legato licks, hammer ons pull offs and slides. had 2 teachers at musicians instituite who were great at 8 finger tap so i learned the style, just took the right hand and put a drumstick in it.

oh man... I can play guitar and drum, but not at the same time!. you must be good at multi-tasking. by the way, I have a '71 competition mustang, but whenever I use the tremolo, the tune scales down. do you have that problem too?

I don't have tuning problems with my Mustang. I know a lot of people do? I work the whammy bar when tuning and especially when changing strings. Try putting some rubber O rings on the bridge posts. That's supposed to help.
